    The Business Technical Program Manager will support Marketing Transformation & Delivery with planning, tracking, analyzing, and reporting for Marketing’s Technical and Transformation’s Initiatives. The program manager will support the Marketing Sponsors through Citi’s Technology planning by driving the business requirements, obtain technology sizing, collaborate with finance to complete financial impacts and influence control outcomes as well as the financial tracking and PMO efforts for the transformation program. The program manager will assist with the Marketing demand process; this includes responsibility for day-to-day execution work including Tech and Project status deliverables as well as the transformation agenda of the overall group. The Technical Program Manager will drive technology and transformation work against planned deliverable calendars in collaboration with Marketing Product Owners and Sponsors for Work Request submissions and prioritization processes. SAFe Agile experience a plus.
