The quality system is based on the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) model.

The CAF model enables the understanding of the cause-and-effect relationships between strategies, processes, and results. Using the PDCA (plan-do-check-act) cycle, on the other hand, illustrates the continuous improvement at all levels of the organization and in all processes. The operations of Lapland UAS are based on an enhancement-oriented evaluation that helps identify the strengths, ethical practices, and development targets in the operations.
