  1. Franklin University Switzerland is an education that explores and goes beyond boundaries. It is a school where nationalities and cultural perspectives meet and create unique experiences. It is a learning method that incorporates travel and interdisciplinary study into the core of the curriculum. We refer to our methodology and mission as the international imperative in education. The mission of Franklin University Switzerland is to provide cross-cultural and multinational learning and living environment that inspires students to engage the world. We challenge students through a curriculum that integrates the liberal arts with professional pathways and classroom learning with Academic Travel to destinations worldwide. Franklin's education produces critical thinkers who are culturally literate, ethically aware, and intellectually courageous. We prepare students to become responsible, compassionate, and collaborative leaders in an increasingly complex and interconnected world. We, the Franklin students, seek an outstanding liberal arts education in a new era of globalization. An insatiable curiosity about the world drives our shared passion for traveling. On-campus, during academic travel, and during our independent excursions, we encounter cross-cultural experiences daily. We use the world as our classroom and approach learning opportunities and challenges with a keen sense of adventure. We, the Franklin staff members, contribute our expertise, compassion, and commitment to creating a supportive environment for students, faculty, parents, and alumni in which we may all learn and grow. We, the Franklin professors, are driven by our passions for producing and imparting knowledge in equal measure. As teachers, our many roles sustain us: we foster the bright and demanding energies of our students and are fostered in turn by them. As colleagues, we respect and thrive in the many worlds we offer each other. As employees, we receive and give, in turn, the encouragement to jointly shape an intellectual environment that enables us all to flourish. We, the Franklin trustees, strongly believe all students should have an international educational experience that imparts knowledge, respect, and appreciation for cultures other than their own. As such, we strive to ensure an environment that allows students to become articulate, informed, and productive leaders of their communities. We, the Franklin alumni, recognize the great gift of a Franklin education and want to see others benefit from the exceptional, international learning community that is the Franklin family. Grateful for the confidence and zeal we have gained, we contribute to the University's continued vitality as ambassadors, volunteers, investors, and stewards of its mission so that future generations may join us as life-long explorers. Franklin University Switzerland students come from all over the planet to have an immersive, international learning experience. Your classes will be filled with people from different countries and cultures who discuss new perspectives on each topic you study. At the same time, your campus life will include academic events and social activities that reinforce cross-cultural understanding. Choose the kind of education that will open your mind, widen your perspective, and give you the tools to excel in your career path. Whether you seek a bachelor's or a master's degree, you gain a new perspective and a better understanding of other cultures at Franklin. From 9/11 to the Syrian crisis to Brexit, recent events make international education programs more essential than ever. Franklin has emphasized thinking internationally since it was founded nearly 50 years ago. Our international study programs provide cross-cultural perspectives and affect the direction and meaning of your university experience, life, and career. The best example of our approach is the Academic Travel program: Each semester, students go on 10-day to two-week study tours. Academic Travel is required and included in your tuition to ensure numerous possible destinations. Each travel course is an exploration designed by faculty with specialist expertise in the area visited and covered. This experiential learning element fits into the context of a semester-long course devoted to the topic at hand. Our commitment to providing you with an international experience is enhanced by mixing interdisciplinary study into the curriculum. Just as knowing about other cultures enriches your education, so does know about studying areas outside your major. Employers are looking for graduates with a broad knowledge that empowers them to think on their feet and apply values that consider their decisions. Guiding students to identify their values requires sincere interaction with professors, advisors, and peers. Our exceptional student-faculty ratio of 10:1 is central to the individual attention you receive. Learning at Franklin is an intensive and personal endeavor. You get to know your professors and are part of the same tightknit community. A Franklin education produces competent and critical thinkers that can navigate international settings. Our graduates are prepared for life and progress in rewarding careers. The association aims to create opportunities for members of the local community to support and engage in the University's life and for the University to engage in the community's life. Franklin is delighted to offer distinctive benefits to the local community, such as access to university courses and public lectures/cultural events, faculty expertise, collaboration and partnerships, qualified student interns and volunteers for local organizations, and the use of university facilities for private events, among others. Franklin's Friends are united by an interest in the University's activities and the University's role in the local artistic, cultural, socio-economic, and political landscape. Members act as ambassadors for the University, fostering understanding in the greater community of the nature and value of Franklin University Switzerland as a unique institution - a private, non-profit university based on an Anglo-American model that emphasizes attention to students, small classes, critical thinking, intercultural experience, social responsibility, and intense global engagement. 2. The foundation of Franklin Academy is a safe and welcoming environment in which every student feels secure, connected, and understood. This is the bedrock of our school, forged by thoughtful and deliberate educators who share an inspiring vision and a common set of values. Our teenagers find support and individual acceptance, as well as the challenge and reward of higher-level relationships. This allows them to develop their identities to become strong, healthy, productive adults who enjoy life and meaningful relationships with others. We believe that a boarding school community is the desired setting for enhancing social interactions – a crucial component in our students’ comprehensive curriculum. What is taught in the classroom about relationships is practiced across campus – during meals in the dining hall, in the commons room of the dormitory, at a community meeting, and while participating in clubs, activities, or off-campus excursions. With one educator for every two students on campus, there are many opportunities to seize that “teachable moment,” whatever the venue. The lessons learned outside the classroom might be just as important as the lessons learned inside the classroom. In our community students enjoy the solidarity of belonging to a natural peer group that shares similar strengths, common interests, and comparable challenges. Friendships blossom. The positive impact of this transformative experience should not be underestimated. Simply stated, having friends helps to build self-esteem, and feeling good about oneself becomes a key to unlocking the potential of every student. What educational goal could be more important? Franklin Academy creates a community-focused boarding and day school where students with unique learning styles develop and strengthen academic and social competencies vital to the pursuit of college goals, professional aspirations, and fulfilling lives. To fulfill this mission: Students belong to a school community where they feel safe, connected, understood, and supported. Students grow into independent, responsible young adults ready to pursue their interests and passions. Alumni succeed because they understand their strengths and challenges, can self-advocate, and have the skills necessary to move ahead as life-long learners.

From the onset of 9th grade until after graduation, college counselors and grade chairs help each student excel academically and set future goals. They work closely with families to ensure the right academic, social, and financial fit for each student's aspirations. One hundred percent of FRA graduates are admitted to outstanding 4-year colleges and universities across the county and internationally. With two full-time college counselors for a senior class of about eighty, we can provide a personalized experience for each student. Our college counseling team supports students in crafting robust, thoughtful applications while encouraging them to take ownership of the process. Throughout the year, the college counselors host over one hundred college admissions officers on campus, exposing FRA students to various schools and allowing them to make personal connections with readers of their applications. In addition to senior programming, FRA's college counseling program also includes seminars and workshops for students in ninth through eleventh grades, ensuring that students understand the college application process early in high school and position themselves for success. At FRA, spiritual development is an essential part of the complete educational experience. In support of our mission to provide a challenging educational experience in an inclusive Christian community, our spiritual life department is a place where students have an opportunity to dive deeper into their faith and grow as servant leaders. Sharing a devotion during daily convocations, attending regularly-held chapels, going on mission trips, serving the local community, and becoming involved with ministries like YoungLife and FCA are just a few ways our students encouraged to grow spiritually and to see the needs of others.

  6. A spirit of inquiry, diligence, and academic excellence characterized our university's namesake, Dr. Rosalind Franklin, who, in 1952, captured the photograph revealing the structure of DNA. Today, those same traits drive our faculty and 2,000+ students as they engage in a level of rigorous academics, pioneering research, and innovative community service that continues to shape the future of healthcare. Formed in 1912 as the Chicago Hospital-College of Medicine, today, RFU brings together five colleges and over 30 graduate health professions and science programs. Our private, non-profit university teaches a range of disciplines on a single campus, allowing for team-based, interdisciplinary learning and practice opportunities. This approach has made RFU a national leader in interprofessional medical and healthcare education and research. Our students are further prepared for their careers through our state-of-the-art network of simulation and skills labs and a wide variety of clinical opportunities. Located 36 miles north of Chicago in the city's North Shore suburbs, RFU students have access to a more significant number and a broader range of clinical and service-learning experiences. Finally, RFU's 2,000+ students enjoy an engaged, supportive sense of community with peers who share their academic interests and goals. Faculty who know them by name and are committed to their success. Our mission is "To serve the population through the interprofessional education of health and biomedical professionals and the discovery of knowledge dedicated to improving the wellness of its people." Our vision is "To achieve national recognition as the premier interprofessional health sciences university." Our Interprofessional approach to academics is key to our students' learning experience and their ability to improve patient outcomes after graduation. At RFU, you will be learning in with peers in more than 30 other health professions and science programs and then practicing as teams through Service Learning, Global Health, and our student-run Interprofessional Community Clinic. A wide range of community-based clinical opportunities is available to our students. Our location 36 miles north of Chicago gives RFU students opportunities to work with a broad demographic of people in different settings, including inner-city hospitals that help the underserved, the federal health system that provides medical care to veterans U.S. military personnel, and private clinics and practices. The vibrant, close-knit community at RFU is rooted in several unique factors: Our entire student population is graduate-level and shares a focus on health sciences. Our smaller size means professors and students know you by name and cross paths with you often; our commitment to diversity and inclusion generates a climate of openness and acceptance. Our engaging campus life provides meaningful and fun opportunities to connect. While many factors make our university great, we're most proud of the people here and the enormous impact on your education experience. From students who are engaged learners, motivated leaders, and generous givers of their time and talents, to brilliant professors who are exceptionally attentive to their students' academic and general wellbeing, RFU is a community of people with great minds and big hearts. At RFU, we've developed an interprofessional, hands-on approach to academics that gives you the tools you need to stand out in your field, even as those fields continue to change. Our dedication to diversity brings many points of view on how we approach academics. We know that when we understand our world, we gain a better understanding of our communities, so our Global Health initiative supports the type of learning that can only happen far from campus. And when you're on campus, we've created a place that can meet every student's needs in every program. RFU is a graduate-level health profession and sciences university made up of five schools. Each school offers specific degrees and training while working together, interprofessionally to improve patient care and well-being. Campus life is a priority at RFU. We believe a strong community and activities beyond the classroom are critical to your wellbeing and success—as a student and eventually as a professional. Go beyond the classroom by living on campus or just getting involved. Most RFU students spend lots of time on campus, providing multiple opportunities to build friendships with students across disciplines and further the conversations and team-building we promote through our interprofessional education approach. It should be no surprise that an institution named after Dr. Rosalind Franklin, one of the 20th Century's most brilliant researchers, continues to attract and retain some of the world's best and brightest scientists. Our 40+ researchers and their teams, working in disease-related research areas, are heavily funded by the National Institutes of Health. The focus of our Global Health efforts at RFU is meeting the health needs of all people—especially the poor in underserved communities—with compassion, integrity, high ethical standards, and a high level of competence. We believe the benefits of learning in and about other parts of the world are invaluable, honing cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills that improve care delivery and patient outcomes even in the United States.

  10. Olin was founded to radically change engineering education to fuel the technical innovation needed to solve the world's complex future challenges. In 1997, the F.W. Olin Foundation established the college with a visionary and unprecedented grant "to be an important and constant contributor to the advancement of engineering education in America and throughout the world." Olin had no departments or tenured faculty from day one, allowing for true collaboration and integration of efforts. Olin instills passion and ignites innovation by focusing on engineering students on people's needs in the real world. This broad perspective in the hands of creative and motivated students inspires technical mastery for a purpose. Olin "engineer-innovators" envision and deliver products, services, and systems that transform the way people live on this planet. Learn more about our academic approach. In the past decade, Olin's approach has proven successful by all measures. We are attracting the country's top faculty and students passionate about learning and making a difference in the world. Our student body is gender-balanced and has one of the highest graduation rates in the country. Students are entering the country's top graduate schools, being offered generous scholarships, are actively pursued by employers, or starting their own businesses right out of college. We have also appeared and risen on almost all of the top educational rankings. Educational, business, and government leaders worldwide are coming to Olin to learn about our new and useful learning environment. Olin's Collaboratory is dedicated to co-designing transformational educational experiences with other institutions. We invite you to learn more about Olin and its unique role in the world and to join us in our effort to revolutionize engineering education. At Olin College of Engineering, we want our students to experience learning in formal and technical ways and as explorers and creators who design their path. Learning happens everywhere -- in group experiences like faculty-led classes, student-led independent studies, and co-curricular (where students, faculty, and staff come together around shared interests) -- in student clubs and organizations, ranging from highly structured engineering competition teams to service organizations, social clubs, and sports teams -- in exploring the boundaries of knowledge and innovation working on research projects with faculty -- and by pursuing new ideas and passions through independent studies and Passionate Pursuits. Learning in all of these contexts is fun and inspiring, and it lets students work on things they are excited about. These activities inspire creativity and equip students to use what they have learned to impact the world positively. Our campus culture values engagement and learning, no matter where it happens. Each semester, we celebrate student work at the Olin Expo, where students share the most exciting project. The Olin curriculum is based on the idea that engineering starts with people -- understanding whom we are designing for, what they value, and where opportunities to create value exist -- and ends with people -- appreciating our work's social context and making a positive difference in the world. At Olin, students learn how to envision positive change and realize and deliver that change. Olin College was founded because we believe there is a problem with undergraduate engineering education. The traditional curriculum is too narrow; it teaches students how to solve problems, but not how to find the right problems to solve or get their solutions out of the lab and into the world. Students spend the first semesters at most schools -- sometimes years -- taking prerequisites in math and science before they do any engineering. These programs discourage many of the students who are most interested in engineering. At Olin, students start engineering right away, with three classes in the first semester that provides hands-on experiences in several engineering areas. Moreover, throughout the curriculum, students stay engaged by working on projects connected to real-world challenges. In their first year, students also begin to explore the arts, humanities, social sciences, and entrepreneurship. They can directly integrate and apply this learning in all areas of the curriculum. Every student completes an "AHS" (Arts, Humanities, and Social Science) foundation course in their first semester to build strong communication and contextual awareness skills and may continue to develop these skills through advanced self-designed AHS study. All Olin students also take an introductory entrepreneurship course in their first year. They begin to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and learn the tools essential to realizing real and sustainable positive change. Students are ready to solve real problems for companies and communities by their senior year through the senior capstone engineering experiences (SCOPE and Affordable Design and Entrepreneurship). A critical facet of an Olin faculty member's role is to engage in meaningful externally-facing work through research, entrepreneurship, technical and educational consulting, creative work, and more. Our externally-facing work is valued for its impact on outside stakeholders such as research communities, companies, other universities, the general public, and others. The majority of our faculty engage in research as part of their "external impact" portfolios, and they typically involve groups of undergraduate students. Research with a dedicated faculty mentor can be a pivotal experience for our students, and these experiences provide excellent preparation for graduate school and other career choices. 11. Franklin & Marshall College offers students a hands-on education that emphasizes close relationships with faculty. With a 230-year history of academic excellence, the college unleashes students' potential to help them achieve beyond what they thought possible. Students flourish in a supportive community that treats them as individuals, and their successes continue long after F&M. The college is a national leader in launching students and alumni to make a difference in the community and the world. F&M's unique College Houses are the first step on a journey where students find unique places to belong. These are not the run-of-the-mill dormitories. In these lively hubs of intellectual and social activity, faculty dons and deans partner with students to create affluent learning communities. F&M has built a national reputation for launching students to success beyond college. More than 90% of graduating seniors reported working, pursuing post-graduate education full time, or being involved in a fellowship or volunteer activity within ten months of graduating. There is a heartbeat of F&M. You can feel it pulsing through the conversations in the classroom. You can hear it pounding in Mayser Gym when the Diplomats defend the home court. Moreover, you can sense it swelling with pride at Commencement. Before long, every member of our community becomes a part of that heartbeat. At F&M, the cornerstone of the educational experience is students working side-by-side with faculty who want to help them test ideas, not just talk or read about them. These are not experiences students have to wait until graduate school to pursue. It is a core part of what we do. More than 50 percent of F&M seniors participate in an independent study or self-designed major, far more than students at other leading national liberal arts colleges. Our students develop intellectual skills and have real-life experiences that serve them well beyond graduation. Students who learn to confront today's world's complex issues become the leaders who solve everyday problems in whatever path they choose in life. The Franklin & Marshall curriculum provides a framework for our students' intellectual development over their four years at F&M. It helps them become creative, responsible, and ambitious participants in learning who will be exceptionally prepared to live and work beyond their years in college. At Franklin & Marshall College, we believe that undergraduate research can be a student's most meaningful and significant experience at F&M with the careful mentoring of a faculty supervisor. It should not be a "rare" experience for just a few hand-picked students. At Franklin & Marshall College, we believe that college is not a four-year break from the real world—it is the beginning of a lifelong, life-changing engagement with the world. We believe that college is an invitation to do more, discover more, and start now. Your source of all things Franklin & Marshall: enrollment, demographics, fields of study, our home city of Lancaster, etc. F&M offers 59 fields of study spanning the liberal arts continuum to satisfy your curious mind and provide a solid foundation for life after college. We are committed to making a Franklin & Marshall education affordable for all deserving students. More than half of our students receive some form of need-based aid. Think of the college search and application process as an adventure. There will be amazing discoveries, a-ha moments, and the occasional detour, but your perfect college fit awaits at the end of the journey. There is a robust global presence at F&M. With 15.6% of our students coming from countries outside of the United States, we value students' perspectives from different cultures. They enrich our campus community. F&M is a welcoming place for transfer students. We offer orientation programming for incoming transfer students to ensure a smooth transition. We hope you will make F&M your new college home. With a distinctive approach to college housing, more than 140 active student clubs and organizations, dozens of fitness classes, club and intramural sports teams, its art museum, and abundant opportunities to engage in volunteer service, Franklin & Marshall provides students with a vibrant campus life experience to complement their academic pursuits. Activity in student groups, the arts, civic engagement, and athletics and recreation all enhance the culture of teaching and learning at F&M by allowing students to form new friendships, create meaningful and memorable community experiences, discover essential life lessons outside of the classroom, and make the most of their years at F&M. As Benjamin Franklin, one of our college's founders put it so well: "Tell me and I forget. Teach me, and I remember. Involve me, and I learn." We invite you to get involved, to open new horizons of learning and service. The classroom might provide you with intellectual grounding, but the 115 or so clubs and organizations at F&M offer fun and independent exploration of favorite topics. F&M's College Houses are more than mere places to hang out, sleep, and study. They are places to acquire and hone leadership and collaboration skills. Moreover, to help fuel all of that activity, Campus Dining provides an innovative and appealing dining services program. From late-night rides around Lancaster to reserving meeting space, finding out if the nearest washers and dryers are available, F&M's many Campus Services provide information, resources, and tools that help students and other members of the community with a broad range of questions and needs. Guided by the standing Campus Sustainability Committee, F&M is embarked on a range of activities to make the College and surrounding community more green, from promoting increased bicycle usage through its bike loan program to the installation and maintenance of a living rooftop. 13. A warm welcome to Ark Franklin Primary Academy we are a non-denominational, three-form-entry primary school serving a diverse local population in Brent there has been a school on the current site since 1898. Our DNA walkway running adjacent to the key stage one playground, forming part of the design for our ongoing Open Air Classroom Project, commemorates her outstanding achievement. Ark Franklin is part of the Ark Schools network, all of whom share a common mission: to ensure all our pupils are equipped to go on to university or a career of their choosing. Ark schools are characterized by high aspirations, high achievement, and exemplary behavior. Here at Franklin, a positive climate for learning and a culture of high expectations prevails, a shared belief that all members of our learning community can achieve to a high standard, regardless of circumstances or background. Our pupils receive excellent teaching and engage in a rich and varied curriculum, both inside and outside the classroom, including specialist Spanish, music, PE, and art lessons, alongside outdoor learning experiences in our geodesic dome. As a school, we are committed to working with parents and families to ensure all our pupils reach their potential: achieving, if not exceeding age-related expectations year on year. Our mission is to provide every pupil with the opportunity to go on to university or pursue the career of their choice. Many minds, one mission. Our values form the acronym ARISE which stands for Achievement, Respect, Integrity, Support, and Effort. These characteristics are what we believe all children need to become the best they can, achieving life-long success. Achievement - We strive for excellence in everything we do. Respect - We are polite and show tolerance of others. Integrity - We look to ourselves and make good choices. Support - We help other people and work together to achieve more. Effort - We do our best and never give up. At Ark Franklin we provide a broad and balanced curriculum, developing the individual child according to their age and ability we are committed to providing significant opportunities for pupils to master English and mathematics skills, with a strong emphasis on depth before breadth. For we believe that mastery in these core subjects is key to success, determining later access to higher education and increased career choices at eighteen. Franklin implements a tailored version of the Foundation Stage and the National Curriculum, using a curriculum map to ensure that we cover all the statutory requirements during your child’s time with us. At Franklin, we place great emphasis on learning through practical activities, as we believe that it is only by direct experience that true understanding of a specific area, and its relevance to real life, can be gained. In common with other Ark academies, all the methods we use have been well researched and assessed to ensure a positive impact in the primary school setting and most importantly on the learning experience of our pupils. We provide a highly stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment where children are motivated to communicate, explore and learn independently. A carefully planned range of activities provides a rich, age-appropriate learning experience across the curriculum. Franklin children are taught to read through synthetic phonics. During this time children are exposed to new vocabulary to allow them to develop the skills to read and comprehend independently. Throughout their time at the school, children access a wide range of authors and texts allowing them to speak openly and critically about what they have read, developing their literary interests. We aim to ensure that every child can write at length independently for a variety of purposes. Initially, children are encouraged to write in play situations and, as they become more confident, to write in a more structured way. Grammatical concepts are included within the teaching of writing and as a result, children know the technical names for complex grammatical ideas which they can fluidly include in their writing. Using the talk for writing structure, children learn to verbally rehearse their ideas out loud before putting pencil (or pen) to paper. Physical education is a core part of Franklin’s curriculum with children learning several team invasion sports (such as hockey and basketball) as well as dance and gymnastics with children developing their routines using balances and transitions. Pupils are also taught about how to lead healthy lives and in line with this, we ensure that pupils are provided with a nutritious lunch each day, with a number of the ingredients grown on-site sourced from our garden. We believe that our pupils benefit from visiting places of interest and having representatives from various companies and other specialists visit the Academy. These experiences will link to the subjects/themes that the children are learning.
  14. The Ben Franklin Academy is an independent, progressive, college-prep high school. We teach a rigorous college preparatory curriculum tailored to each student's learning style, needs, and special interests. At BFA, we are committed to individualized instruction and mastery learning. Our students often have not been well served by traditional schools. We offer another way. Here you will find a caring community of learners. Students develop deep relationships with their teachers and advisors, work in settings designed to encourage their best efforts, and become responsible, self-directed young men and women who are ready to excel at college beyond. We provide our students with a challenging, individualized college preparatory education within a caring community of learners while advancing adolescent education's knowledge and methodology. Every day at BFA, students, teachers, counselors, and administrators are actively engaged in building and nurturing a community of learners. And we've learned that one of the primary reasons students do better, more productive work here than they have at other schools is that they feel rooted in our unique academic community. It starts, as most things do at BFA, with our students. Our students from all over the greater Atlanta area bring a fantastic array of talents, abilities, and personalities to school each day. They come from public and private schools, our songwriters, budding scientists, young entrepreneurs, and artists. But time and again, they prove the old saying about the whole being more significant than the sum of its parts. Our students are more often than not great friends, and they are intensely loyal - to BFA and each other. Our faculty and staff are no less diverse. Here you'll find former bankers and college professors. Students are taught by working artists and scholars doing cutting-edge research. Teachers from Eastern Europe, the Far East, and South America, and across the U.S. find common ground in their love of teaching and being part of the BFA Community. Part of the reason students, teachers, and staff work so well together is our shared commitment to the Four Rules, which we strive to follow daily. At their heart, the Four Rules are about mutual respect - for ourselves and for one another - that creates BFA's enriching learning environment. Each BFA student is assigned an academic advisor at the beginning of each school year. Academic advisors fill many roles. They coordinate each of their advisees' schedules, ensuring that their advisees are meeting degree requirements. They are the primary point of contact with parents, exchanging e-mails or phone calls every week. The real value of academic advisors at BFA grows out of the deep relationships between them and their advisees. Advisors meet briefly with their advisees at the beginning of each academic day, when they might go over one student's work plan, encourage another student about a subject he has been struggling with, and check-in with another about her soccer game from the night before. Advisors know about what is going on in their advisees' lives, both in and out of school, and serve an essential role in many students' lives; as a trusted adult, they can talk honestly and know they will have their best interests at heart. Individualized instruction allows students at BFA to work at their own pace, proceeding more deliberately through challenging material and moving quickly through material they grasp more easily. Our students find this a welcome change from the traditional classroom setting, where instruction proceeds regardless of an individual student's comprehension, often leading to confusion when a course moves too quickly or to boredom when it is moving too slowly. The Ben Franklin Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students. It does not discriminate in its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school administered programs. The Ben Franklin Academy is a non-profit, independent school, tax-exempt under Georgia's laws, and the U.S. Internal Revenue Codes Paragraph 501(c)(3). Our IRS number is EIN 58-1823445. We are authorized by the Immigration Service to accept non-resident international students into our regular school programs. View full school

Students requesting accommodations based on specific disabilities should meet with the appropriate contact person early in the semester or term. By the Americans with Disabilities Act (A.D.A.), any student who presents appropriate documentation of a physical, learning, or emotional disability by University policy will be provided with reasonable accommodations designed to meet his or her needs. Students on the Rindge campus should make an appointment with the Coordinator for Student Accessibility Services in the Center for Academic Excellence. Students at a College of Graduate and Professional Studies campus should meet with their Center Director or contact the Coordinator for Student Accessibility Services directly for assistance. Before academic accommodations can be offered, it is the student's responsibility to submit the necessary test documents, such as a psycho-educational assessment, individualized I.Q. Test, achievement test, or signed diagnosis statement of an M.D. or licensed psychologist, depending on the disability. See specific testing documentation links below. These tests must have been given within the last three years and should contain a summary of results and recommendations. During an initial review by the Coordinator of Student Accessibility Services, a student's eligibility for services is determined. Our IRS number is EIN 58-1823445. 23. View full school
  24. View full school
