The Orange Anglican Grammar School's curriculum is designed to cater to a great diversity of interests and needs. As students progress through Years 7 to 12, a greater degree of choice is introduced. This enables students to develop patterns of study that are highly appropriate to their career ambitions and future needs. The curriculum is divided into three stages: Students of Orange Grammar are taught the NSW Board of Studies' syllabuses and participate in the National Assessment Programs. For students in Kindergarten to Year 6, there are six key learning areas: English, Mathematics, Science and Technology, Human Society and Its Environment (HSIE), Creative Arts and Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE).
