Accountabilities Monitoring and control of ATS, SCADA and ICCS systems.Monitor and control all train operations including rescue of trains during breakdowns.Implement alternative service and contingency plans if necessary to minimise the impact to service during incidents.Permit persons to enter the track area according to the applicable rules, procedures, and guidelines.Control and monitor passenger’s safety, security, and comfort in the metro system.Direct the Train Captains to perform crowd control onboard the trains and on the platforms.Arrange and support evacuation of trains and stations if required (e.g. fire alarm or any other kind of emergency).Monitoring, control, and supervision of the power distribution system.Perform and initiate corrective actions in terms of problem solving by technical systems of trains, track, AFC system, and coordinate with Train Captains and the maintenance team.Act in accordance with company rules, procedures, and plans, particularly the operation rules and procedures.Report errors, missing items, breakdowns, and irregularities to the OCC Supervisor.Implement safety and security requirements of the railways authority and the client.Follow the instructions of the on-duty supervisor.Act in a professional manner inside and outside the company.Wear the assigned uniform as per company policy.Perform the shift-handover at the beginning and at the end of each assigned shift and when relieved for a break.
