We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers who can benefit from our Digital Security offerings. As the first line of communication with prospects, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process, excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and developing outbound sales opportunity for the Executive Sales Team. This is the first Inside Sales role in the Entrust Greater China Region, and we are excited to welcome an SDR to the team as an engine for our successful revenue growth. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. The SDR will report to the APAC SDR Manager. Objectives: Represent Entrust digital security products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to customer research to identify how our solutions meet needs in the Greater China market Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunity Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and convert these to opportunity for sales executives / Partners to manage through to sales close Identify best practices to refine the Entrust Greater China Region lead generation playbook Responsibilities: Clearly articulate the Entrust unique value proposition through calls and email campaigns to prospects while maintaining call records and contact/lead status in SFDC to refine approach Identify a prospect’s needs and propose appropriate products / services Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Manage and follow up on (MQLs received from Marketing; sharing feedback to Marketing and progressing MQLs to SQLs via SFDC Dashboards and reporting Vet qualified prospects by identifying decision-makers, timeline, and budget potential. We’re looking for a Temporary - Technical Support Specialist - 12 months The Temporary Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing best in class technical support for our Enterprise Software Products and Cloud Services via telephone and e-mail. This is a highly technical position, where the individual will take ownership of complex technical issues and work directly with our customers and/or internal, cross-functional teams to engineer solutions. Position Overview: The Associate Category Manager is a strategic setter, collaborator, project manager, and negotiator who applies strong knowledge of service offerings to Indirect Spend for the company. This position will have accountability for the software Indirect category. The ideal candidate must understand and have experience in project management and services provided in support of the software indirect category. The right individual will also be knowledgeable in the different procurement methods, as well as, understand and negotiate the required agreements for purchasing those items. Responsibilities: Develops and plans global category strategies and preparing, negotiating, managing, and coordinating agreements supporting assigned categories. Collaborates with business leaders in the establishment and execution of procurement strategies. Evaluates and selects suppliers in terms of quality, service, cost and capability. Ensures competitive pricing and service model versus value proposition, industry trends and market place dynamics. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidder conferences, creates statements of work, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates terms and conditions, recommends suppliers, writes awards, and administers resulting contracts.
