    Job Description SummaryResponsible for minor maintenance repairs and the clean and orderly appearance of the collection center. Job Description ​ 1 Cleans table, chairs, cabinets, counters and appliances located in the employee break room and donor waiting area. 2 Vacuums carpets, dusts furniture and removes trash. 3 Cleans windows and doors at least daily. 4 Performs minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, painting, minor plumbing and carpentry tasks. 5 Monitors the grounds and parking lots around the center and picks up litter as required in these areas. 6 Assists in recycling and repackaging of shipping materials. 7 Inspects and cleans restrooms throughout the day.     To strengthen our Commercial Affiliate in Mechelen, Belgium, we are currently hiring a Medical Science Liaison (all gender) (Fulltime / permanent/ fully remote) The Opportunity Under general direction, you will build relationships and demonstrate the clinical outcome and benefits of CSL products to key opinion leaders and practice leaders. Provide medical information to internal sources and educates and trains outside health professionals and the public in the use of CSL products. You will coordinate continuing education workshops, seminars, and programs for graduate physicians, pharmacists, and scientists. Respond to unsolicited inquiries to establish and further knowledge and understanding of marketed products and related topics. Facilitate investigator initiated trials and contributes medical perspective to brand planning. The Role You will build relationships and demonstrates the clinical outcome and benefits of CSL products to External Experts, HCP, external stakeholders in the medical and scientific community.You will provide a high-quality contact for scientific interaction between External Experts / HCP’s and CSL Behring.You respond to requests for scientific and medical information in a comprehensive, timely and customer focused manner.Actively drives Scientific Advisory Board meetings to ensure knowledge transfer, foster External Expert relationships, ensure scientific understanding, and build appropriate advocacy.Actively participate in Scientific and Medical symposia. Assisting with development of CSL Behring sponsored programs.Facilitate consideration of proposals for collaborative/ investigator-initiated studies.Facilitate site feasibility assessmentsUnder general direction, ensure development plans are initiated and actively managed for identified EE’s.Facilitate speaker development and involvement locally and internationally.Ensure appropriate EE development through participation in clinical trials.Ensure communications are tracked in appropriate systems to ensure CSL Behring is compliant with good governance and transparency regulations.Organize and conduct educational presentations, seminars, and workshops for healthcare providers, ensuring they are well-informed about our products and their clinical applications.Monitor and report on developments in the healthcare landscape, including competitor activities, clinical trials, and emerging trends in the therapeutic area.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment and effective communication. Your Skills and Experience: University degree: Physician, Pharmacist, Master of Science in Biomedical SciencesPrior Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry experience (medical, clinical or specialty products expertise) of at least 3 years.Ability to apply and leverage scientific and medical knowledge is essentialExperience in therapy area is desirableExcellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage relationships with external expertsDemonstrated business planning ability and strong organisational skillsDemonstrated innovative thinkingDemonstrated working knowledge of regulations governing information provision/interactions with customers within the pharmaceutical industry.
