The Project Coordinator is a vital member of the overall company. The Project Coordinator reports to the Home Center General Manager. The purpose of this position is to assist our retail team in providing timely completion of construction while providing world class service. To accomplish this, the Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for all stages of construction out in the field, including but not limited to construction management, permitting, walk-throughs and coordinating service. RESPONSIBILITIES: Completes all bill-backs with factories and related paperwork Processes contractor bills Responsible for customer files Assist in obtaining permits Following up with contractors as well as customers for service calls and collecting all necessary paperwork Managing the Home Centers Net Promoter Score (NPS – Customer Service) Schedule set-up and delivery and other service-related items with contractors and customers Follow-up with customers utilizing various contact methods, including home visits. Assisting with the set of the homes includes tasks like identifying, directing, and helping trim trees, as an example, so this isn’t your typical driver position. The CDL Driver II position requires an experienced CDL driver that can also help mentor and train other members of a growing Transportation team. This role is an essential part of the setup process and is responsible for owning numerous construction tasks independently, oftentimes helping train and support other team members.   What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborate with the Crew Chief and team with daily tasks on the manufactured home site – what needs to be done, who is doing what, etc. Help the team in everchanging, daily projects with responsibilities such as prepping and cleaning the jobsite, basic masonry work, leveling of the home, installing door bars and supports, electrical and plumbing crossovers, removing tires, axels, and tongues, and other hands-on construction tasks. Haven’t done some of these tasks before but have construction experience to help you learn these quickly? No problem – we’ll train you. Help the team and new hires with learning the daily responsibilities and how to safely do the job at hand. Safely learn to operate and eventually lead and own the operation of specialty heavy equipment. Learn to own roofing responsibilities which include doing hingers, flashing, shingles, and ridge caps.
