As a Senior Consultant, you will help deliver high‑quality engagements for Life Sciences clients, applying analytical rigour, strategic insight and creative problem‑solving. Your key responsibilities As a Senior Consultant in Transformation Architecture, you will;   Be focused on delivery of challenging transformation projects, supporting clients across the Life Sciences value chain, applying critical thinking to help address complex challenges for pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech organisations. Contribute to engagement workstreams focused on areas such as disease area strategy, asset positioning, launch readiness, Market Access and pricing, medical affairs excellence, and patient pathway optimisation. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, synthesising insights into clear, compelling outputs aligned to client objectives. Support senior team members in the preparation and facilitation of client workshops, stakeholder interviews and working sessions. Develop high‑quality deliverables including frameworks, reports, models and strategic recommendations. Support internal initiatives to strengthen EY’s Life Sciences capability, sector offerings and thought leadership. Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams across EY’s Consulting practice.  To qualify for the role you must have  At least 3 years’ experience with a consulting firm or in industry within a pharmaceutical, biotech or medtech organisation. Experience supporting projects in areas such as Commercial Strategy, Market Access, Pricing, Medical Affairs, evidence generation, RWE, Digital Health, New Product Planning or related domains. A strong academic background, ideally in a Life Sciences, Health, Economics, Business or related discipline. Experience in client‑facing environments with exposure to stakeholder engagement and the development of structured recommendations.  Ideally, you’ll also have some experience of delivering elements of projects such as: A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MSc, MPH, MBA, Health Economics, Pharmaceutical Sciences). Experience working across geographies or with global Life Sciences clients. Exposure to thought‑leadership development (e.g., contributing to articles, white papers or presentations). A willingness to travel internationally as required.
