United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) is the primary and leading widespread national University in the United Arab Emirates. Established in 1976 by the late Sheik Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, UAEU aims to become a comprehensive, research-focused university and enlists around 14,000 Emirati and global students. UAEU College of Business and Economics (CBE)

The College of Business and Economics (CBE) has offered business programs with a reliable convention of valuable teaching, research, and facility since 1977. Our degree programs have been enhanced accordingly due to accentuation on quality and persistent change procedures and methodology and the counsel of external analysts worldwide.

The CBE has integrated guidelines set by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) – into its tactical planning since 1993. Therefore, the CBE was the only school of business in the Middle East to be certified by AACSB in 2000. In 2012, our accounting program accomplished distinguishing accreditation permitted by AACSB. Today, the CBE has the worldwide distinction of being the sole business unit in the Middle East certified in business and accounting. There are less than 750 licensed business programs and just 182 authorized accounting programs worldwide over out of more than 10,000 such programs.
