HDW has two programs, one geared toward preschool students(HDP) and the other is designed for our kindergarten class(HDK). This program is great for preparing students for kindergarten or elementary school and gives them extra advantages in areas such as reading, math, science, social studies, and of course, English. In today’s highly competitive world, all of these advantages should be acquired as early as possible by your child. Coupled with the ability to read and write in a second language, your child will be able to excel in primary school and will have developed life-long skills to help them succeed. Goals for HDW program Provide a fully rounded educational program in English. Provide our students with fundamental building blocks in skills such as math, science, English, and reading. Instill in our students a love of learning and a sense of fun. Prepare the students for moving on to higher levels of education by providing a program that will allow them to succeed. Full-Day Wonders allows your child to experience the full range of what Happy Wonders has to offer. Students join one of two program options our Full Day Preschool(FDP) or our Full Day Kindergarten(FDK). They will enjoy all the benefits of SHW, and our After Kinder program. This program provides child care services for parents working full-time schedules. This will allow you to know that your child is receiving a quality education and excellent child care services before and after school. Students will be provided with two snack times and fruit time. Students in our Full Day program show a remarkable ability to express themselves in English in just a few short months and advance very rapidly in their social and communicative abilities. Provide excellent child care services in a nurturing and loving environment and high-quality education to our students. Help the children to develop physically, mentally, and socially in a positive fashion. Provide students with the educational benefits from all Happy Wonder programs. After Elementary (AE) is an hourly lesson that introduces kids to English who may not have access to English otherwise (Beginner Class) or helps those who have graduated to elementary school to maintain and continue to expand their English ability (Advanced class). At Happy Wonders, we pride ourselves on providing a warm and friendly environment where kids can learn and have fun at the same time. This is especially true for children attending our After School programs. After being in a school setting all day, it is hard to get children to focus on their studies again. Our programs combine fun and education into one. Our After Elementary Advanced program focuses on enhancing reading and conversational skills. Our Afternoon Class program covers reading, writing, and conversation. HWIS aims to maintain a fee structure that allows students from various socio-economic backgrounds to enter the school so that international education is not restricted only to those who are more fortunate, however, as the school is a not-for-profit educational institution that relies almost entirely on annual school fees to cover operating expenses, tuition and other fees are adjusted periodically (usually every three years).
