Hence, the school is actively involved in serving the community at the national and international level through its distinguished extra-curricular programs that focus on developing the "whole student" and creating responsible, empathetic, and active citizens involved in their communities. Abdul Rahman Kanoo International School (ARKIS) empowers its students to be inquirers, proactive and principled citizens in a global community. As an international school, ARKIS is committed to a partnership with parents, students, and the broader community by providing students with a well-balanced quality education that focuses on developing inquisitive and morally elevated international individuals. Educational Goals: To provide a well-balanced integrated International curriculum by ensuring students' opportunities to engage in a variety of learning experiences. To maintain a safe and healthy conducive learning environment by developing confident, skilled students with the desire to learn. To encourage cultural understanding and ensure that our students are active citizens in the community, both nationally and internationally, by collaborating with external bodies while fostering Islamic values. To recruit, develop, appraise, and retain professional staff who utilize best practices. To nurture a culture of feedback and further strengthen lines of communication between the school and all stakeholders. To ensure that the financial operations support the school's educational program effectively and its long-term financial sustainability. ARKIS aims to create an environment and ambiance that fosters learning, as it provides the students with equal opportunities to explore and grow by challenging and reinforcing their abilities. The strong sense of commitment, service, and responsibility taken by the Board of Directors, Principal, Staff, parents, and students have transformed the school into a significant learning source today. Our parents, teachers, and staff are our greatest assets. Our highly talented, professional, experienced, dedicated, and committed teachers unleash each student's power and potential and provide a nurturing environment to gain skills, knowledge, self-esteem, and self-confidence to perform outstanding excellence in academics. We are proud to have a Chairman with vision and always strive to fulfill tomorrow's growing challenges. Our Board of Directors and Management's leadership and foresight are the key drivers in making his vision a reality. To support its mission, the school will persistently work hard to create an atmosphere where everyone can flourish, thrive, and be rewarded. View full school

Elementary School is a continuation of the children’s development in Pre-school. Our focus here is to develop the “whole child,” a knowledgeable child, emotionally and physically healthy, civically inspired, and prepared for the world beyond formal schooling. This is achieved through the curriculum we teach, and the co-curricular activities school carried out throughout the year. The International Primary Program (IPC) Early Years is introduced at the Nursery level and continues until Grade 3. It is a thematic program that gives our curriculum a taste of coherency and integration between subjects. IPC is based on clearly-defined learning goals. Planned activities and experiences have been designed to cover four strands Independence and Interdependence, Communicating, exploring, and Healthy living. View full school
