The school will do all it can to ensure that its policies do not discriminate, directly or indirectly. We shall do this through regular monitoring and evaluation of our policies and procedures. On review, we shall assess and consult relevant stakeholders on the likely impact of our policies on the promotion of race equality, equality for disabled persons, gender equality, and community cohesion. Policies and procedures may be amended as a result of the consultation.
At Ninestiles Academy we strive to ensure that all students achieve their potential personally, socially, emotionally, and academically in all areas of the curriculum (regardless of their gender, ethnicity, social background, religion, sexual identity, physical ability, or educational needs). This document is intended to give you information regarding how we ensure that we support all of our students, including those with SEND so that they can realize their full potential. It may not list every skill, resource, and technique we employ to achieve this as these are continually developed and used to modify our provision to meet the changing requirements for individual students.
