This is a junior role designed for a university intern or recent graduate who is developing practical experience in continuous improvement, logistics, operations, and business transformation. The role works under the guidance of Operational Excellence team members to learn structured problem solving, support implementation activities, and contribute to improvements in efficiency, quality, process stability, and customer outcomes.1.
