What this job involves – We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Integrated Facility Management team for a Manufacturing/Industrial building. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for delivering integrated facility management services, including client relations, planning, operations, and site work orders. What is your day to day?     What this job involves: - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that quality facility management services as well as critical facilities are well managed at all time. - Help in monitoring and evaluating service quality with high focus on critical facility services and execute plan for improvement (Internal Training and qualification, operation procedures and document management, tool calibration tracking and follow up). Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Own and manage Facility management document and operation procedure. Coordinate consistent review, revision or renew of procedures, flow charts, templates and records.Coordinate with department supervisors and sub-contractors to conduct audit to ensure operation procedures are timely updated and implemented at work site.Lead internal assessment in preparation audit such as: IFM audit, ISO.. Audit to ensure company compliance. Provide effective analysis and follow up on operation Gaps.Coordinate with operation team to ensure new hire induction training and refresher quality (safety and technical). Ensure proper tracking and on-time update notice on staff qualification and refresh training as complied with local law and company requirement.Assist, support service team in correct and proper O&M records as well as analysis on equipment/ PM / Operation quality trend.Provide effective tracking for Facility equipment calibration, coordinate with respective owners for renewal.Support site compliance and controls (in compliance with RBA and local law)Carry out any other instruction or any matter pertaining to facility service operation.
