Lo que implica este trabajo Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Ingeniero en Sistemas Críticos para unirse a nuestro equipo: Zona de trabajo: Santa CatarinaModalidad de trabajo: PresencialTipo de contratación: Obra determinada Este rol es responsable de La ejecución de los servicios de mantenimiento asignados al sitio. ¿Cuál es tu día a día? 1.- Asegurarse de cumplir y hace cumplir todas las políticas de EH&S de Carrier y JLL para cualquier tarea asignada en planta para técnicos y contratistas. 2.- Mantener Asistencia perfecta, cuidado de imagen y activos que sean entregados por JLL/Carrier. 3.- Brindar soporte a los FMs y técnicos JLL en cualquier duda referente a los equipos críticos de las plantas. 4.- Dar seguimiento y validación a las anomalías encontradas en los equipos Críticos de las plantas, documentado el plan de acción con el FM. 5.- Documentar las reparaciones y/o puesta fuera de equipos críticos de las plantas. 6.- Coordinar y documentar Junta semanal con los FMs para validar el estado de los equipos críticos de todas las plantas. 7.- Realizar auditorías de los reportes de mantenimiento para encontrar áreas de oportunidad. 8.- Realizar la creación y/o actualización de MOP y SOP de los equipos críticos. 9.- Verificar el alta de todos los equipos críticos en la plataforma Corrigo. 10.- Participación cuando el cliente lo requiera en proyectos CAPEX referente a los equipos Críticos. 11.- Asegurar la carga de eventos en la plataforma OnSolve en un lapso de 1 hora los eventos críticos registrados. 12.- Apoyo en Análisis de causa raíz/Dive para todos los eventos críticos de las plantas del portafolio. 13.- Documentar mejoras en el WebCtrl apoyando a Ecoenergy en oportunidades identificadas con el fin de eficientizar la operación del sistema de HVAC en las diferentes plantas. 14.- Análisis de nivel y consumos de las plantas CMX (Fluidos y Energía). 15.- Contribuir y documentar por escrito, las oportunidades identificadas en base a los recorridos y visitas realizadas en planta, con la finalidad mantener una mejor continua y servicio de excelencia. 16.- Desarrollar el programa, coordinar y realizar reportes del mantenimiento Predictivo de las plantas del portafolio. 17.- Trabajar en conjunto con los FM´s para asegurar que la disponibilidad de los equipos críticos de la cuenta es de un 100%. 18.- Participar activamente y completar lo requerido para el Programa de Cumplimiento de HSSE y/o OCP de JLL. 19.- Cumplir con los Programas de Análisis de Riesgo, EPP & Permiso de trabajo en todas las actividades (incluyendo contratistas). 20.- Establecer/cumplir el programa de optimización del manejo integral de residuos del sitio y 5's. 21.- Supervisar y atender a proveedores de servicios asegurando el cumplimiento de las tareas asignadas en los tiempos establecidos para eventos específicos relacionados a equipos críticos. 22.- Programar, coordinar y supervisar el mantenimiento anual de la subestación principal de FINSA/STIVA y dar seguimiento a la entrega de reportes y generar los planes de acción para resolver las oportunidades identificadas. 23.- Dar seguimiento y soporte cuando así se requiera, en los arranques de cada planta.
