What this job involves You will be the professional face of the client organisation and deliver a seamless outstanding reception and facilities coordination experience to the client. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide administration support to Client and the facilities team including the processing of all invoices in the JLL systems.Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation.Ensure that the visitor/customer sign-in/out as per policy and procedures and issue Visitor Badges.Book and manage meeting rooms as requested, order catering, room set ups and pack downs etc.Ensure rooms are stocked with appropriate stationary/catering supplies and are kept neat and tidy, in good working order at all times.Provide tea/coffee making services for client meeting including coffee runs as required.Ensure any catering requirements are met and arranged for meetings & events.Manage car parking for visitor (If needed) and ensure records are up to date.Liaise with cleaners to attend to staff needs on housekeeping matters.Travel booking for the agency when necessary.Ensure that Audio-Visual services are in place and the necessary preparations have been made and are in working order.Fulfil any ad-hoc requests promptly and efficiently to support the facilities team or (client)Management and induction of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards.     Project Lead Project and Development Services What this job involves: Being the backbone of construction projects You’ll oversee all day-to-day construction-related projects onsite and make sure that all budget, risk, schedule, design, safety and quality management requirements are met. As the go-to person in all construction activities, you’ll help fix any issues that may arise—all while taking heed of clients’ expectations and the company’s procedures.Your task is to ensure all site contractors involved in the project are working on all counts and with telling effect. As needed, you will also cooperate with project stakeholders and the client to monitor, review and resolve any site-related issues. Using the JLL Project Toolkit platform, you’ll set up site procedures to ensure the program, cost, design, safety and quality are aligned. You’ll also be responsible for holding internal and external construction meetings.As a construction manager, you will be the sole in charge of construction work at site. You’ll need to prepare a master construction schedule for site along with planning and documentation team. As a Part of your role you need to review all pending issues with the site team to steer clear of any communication gaps and develop action plans as soon as possible. You’ll also conduct weekly project review meetings with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to review the progress per agreed schedule and proactively follow up on all pending issues. Likewise, you’ll review the site’s progress payments to make sure claims from subcontractors/contractors reflect the actual progress. In this role, you’ll take the lead and track the progress of coordination drawings submitted by design consultants, and to get a hold of and follow up drawings, details, or clarifications, as needed. You’ll then need to review these drawings to make sure they’re foolproof. You’ll also manage the technical handover and the client’s sign off at the end of a project.
