Job DescriptionWhat this job involves – The Maintenance Mechanic will support the operation, inspection, and maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in a campus setting of commercial facilities. In this role, you will collaborate with MES Mobile Engineers to perform maintenance and repair tasks and independently handle defined assignments. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections and repairs of property interiors and exteriors, such as walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting. What is your day to day? Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems and equipment.Conduct inspections and assessments of facilities, reporting on conditions that may impact client occupancy and operations.Handle general interior maintenance tasks, such as repairing office furniture systems and fixing doors, moving office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as needed.Replace lighting and perform basic HVAC maintenance, including cleaning coils and changing filters and belts.Utilize CMMS systems such as 360 Facility for all work performed. Duties & responsibilities As a Project Director / Sector Lead in the Hospitality sector, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects within the hospitality industry. Your primary focus will be on the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
