As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our Northeast Team and will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects for a financial services client. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage and oversee all aspects of projects, including programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, permitting, execution and close out. Monitor and manage vendor and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory entities, and client expectations. PROJECT EXECUTION Act as the primary senior level contact with the client throughout the duration of the project; programming through construction close out. Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations.Develop Master Project schedules and manage project performance against schedules, scheduled milestones and critical path items on multiple projects.Develop a detailed project budget based on historical and market data and clearly defined set of budget assumptions.Guide the client and team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and signoff.Facilitate initiation of all critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, key stakeholders and external users to ensure responsibilities are efficiently, accurately and effectively communicated and understood by all concerned.Coordinate any necessary due diligence efforts on behalf of the internal team, project partners, clients and/or end users, maintaining and delivering all appropriate documentation.Prepare RFP’s needed for design and contractor services as well as manage the overall vendor selection process.Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity while delivering a successful project. Engineering Manager Integrated Facilities Management — Corporate Solutions (Country, Region) What this job involves: Prioritizing the facilities’ needs—always A seasoned expert in the field, the Chief Engineer is on top of all the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil works needed in a facility. Follow up to ensure payments were received and processed by the tax authorities Administrative Support Set up new Tenant and Vendor files and organize per client’s and PM’s instructions including filing.General filing- responsible for ensuring all document/paperwork for the property is filed no less than weekly; this includes but not limited to lease documents, legal correspondence, executed service contracts, correspondence, monthly reports, payables. All files at the property should comply with JLL Audit requirements.E-Mail should be checked regularly throughout the course of the day to ensure prompt attention to immediate issues are directed /acted upon immediately.Administering email distribution of Tenant statements. Assist tenants with any questions/issues regarding their statement.Prepare letters for new tenants such as Possession letters, Commencement Date Certification, Rent Commencement letters, etc.Request new vendor set up and updates. About the Role As a Senior Maintenance Manager, you will lead our site-based maintenance team. The team is comprised of a Maintenance Manager, Area Maintenance Managers and maintenance technicians reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager. The primary responsibilities are to lead a large maintenance team that maximizes equipment uptime, executes equipment maintenance and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
