Major Duties and Responsibilities Communicate appropriately with all site management employees.Service, clean, inspect and repair equipment periodically following established PMs.Work safely and follow all established plant safety policies and procedures.Safely operate mobile equipment such as fork trucks, carts, lifts, boom lifts, etc.Create notifications and follow up on needed repairs and order required parts.Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.Input data into Carrier’s TMS work order and asset management system.Safely use basic hand and power tools such as a drill press, power saw, grinder, etc.Safely use machining equipment such a band saw, drill press, lathe, etc.Repair, Replace pipes, motors, pumps.Variety of duties in storing, transporting, and disposing of Hazardous Waste materials.Work on steam system throughout the site.Perform machine repair and understand Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Power Transmission.Work in a Storm Water Treatment Plant.Perform welding using a variety of welding processes.Perform miscellaneous duties as required. Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Manager Work Dynamics What this job involves Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Director of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) to join our Account team. The HSSE Director position will be key member of the Account Team.  Become the primary point of contact for HSSE requirements and activities for the account.  Communicate HSSE needs and results to the Account Leadership Team. Play a lead role in the continued development and refinement of JLL’s HSSE culture and training programs on the account. Provide technical expertise, strategic leadership, and support for all various JLL facilities on HSSE regulatory compliance issues and questions. Develop and maintain the account training matrix; manage and assign the on-line training requirements; develop account specific HSSE training as required and provide training/presentations as needed on specific topics applicable to the account employees. Collaborate with other JLL HSSE leads to learn best practices and share best practices developed on client account for benefit of all firm clients. Manage and provide HSSE oversight to the trending factors and indicators to management on a pre-determined basis. Provide JLL Team and Client with current and historical HSSE data to perform to all KPI metrics. Assist in the assurance of compliance with all HSSE Sections of the Operational Compliance Program (OCP). Become the primary point-of-contact for the HSSE sections of the JLL OCP audit program and assist in managing the annual process. Ensure that HSSE accidents, injuries, near misses/good catches, and other events are captured, and the data is managed and reported. Manage the OSHA 301/300 recordkeeping requirements for the account. Also, be the Account’s Administrator for the JLL AIMS (Accident & Incident Management System). Participate with operating sites as needed to lead or support investigations of serious safety events, the analysis of root cause(s), support/track the implementation of effective corrective actions, and prepare communications to share the lessons-learned from such events across the account operations. Support environmental compliance efforts as specified in the JLL/client Master Service Agreement (MSA)/Statement of Work (SOW). Maintain account HSSE procedures, documentation and records. Support Life Sciences ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system certification activities. Sound like you?
