    Leidos is seeking a Product Owner to support business process management, systems analysis, and data analytic support in transitioning its case management system. The selected will be a liaison between the group and the end users. We are looking for a PM type, go- getter with strong soft skills as they will be working directly with various levels of stakeholders. This is not a spot for someone newly cleared or an entry level position. Some the duties include: drafting documentation, creating/editing/working with Tableau & Salesforce dashboards, Excel spreadsheets/pivot tables, SOPs for onboarding, and gathering/understanding/translating requirements. Primary Responsibilities: This office responds to harassment allegations, workplace conflicts, and grievances from the workforce. The customer utilizes a case management system to maintain case records. The system collects layers of structured data on all case records that is analyzed to generate static and dynamic reports and infographics used to derive business insights and assess and improve data health. This office is in the process of transitioning from a basic system that requires manual export and triage of data for analysis and metric creation in Excel, to a custom system that has out-of-the box basic dashboard metrics. The Product Owner will extract raw data from the CMS as Comma Separated Value (CSV) files for import into Excel, where contractor will scrub data for gaps and discrepancies. The Product Owner will collect user requirements from employees and generate recommendations for updates and expansions of the system capabilities; Program Manager will review and prioritize the requirements prior to passage to the developers. The Product Owner will liaise with developers to ensure they have an accurate understanding of the process and development requirements. The Product Owner will prepare business data metrics reports and infographics according to customer's requirements and shall monitor the effectiveness of the system reporting functions to make recommendations for improved capabilities. The Product Owner will evaluate the current internal knowledge management practices, propose best practices, facilitate implementation, and monitor effectiveness and maintenance. The Product Owner will update and maintain system user documentation and training materials, as well as a set of business process maps using Business Process Mapping Notation. The Product Owner will identify and propose business process improvements and efficiencies, for both manual processes and those automated in the system, to Program Manager. The Product Owner will perform new employee on-boarding process briefings, customer system training, and provide guidance for all the employees on the use of the system and case file management and documentation. Basic Qualifications: Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly to be considered. Must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with at least 6 years of prior relevant experience. May have 4+ years of additional work experience in lieu of degree Must have experience using Excel to perform data analysis, to include writing formulas and basic coding to elevate analysis capabilities beyond the basic functionality of those platforms. Must have experience creating insightful and focused infographics in Excel that meet basic graphic design best practices. Must have experience with Excel spreadsheets/pivot tables. Must have experience crafting technical requirements from users (gathering, crafting & translating those requirements) and user stories for workflow application development Must have experience drafting documentation including, but not limited to, SOPs for onboarding. Must have experience performing small-scope business process analysis to identify areas of opportunity for integration and efficiency.
