Leidos has a direct placement for a Leidos Airport Site Lead to provide technical, and project management support to the Security Equipment Deployment Services (SEDS) for the TSA Deployment and Sustainment Division (DSD). This position encompasses the full project lifecycle management as the site lead / project manager.  The position involves, site surveys/validations, risk identification and mitigation, coordination, communication, report development, drawing review/comment, construction management / oversight, schedule development and tracking, applying for and closing out local/state construction permits, subcontractor oversight, installation oversight, test witness, and project sell-off / close-out of security systems related to the checkpoint equipment deployments at federalized airports throughout United States. The position will support the TSA SEDS program to maintain, upgrade, and move the established airport security system to the next generation of capability. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Site Leads are the technical liaison for the TSA Deployment and Sustainment Division (DSD) Checkpoint Deployment Coordinators throughout the lifecycle of each project and shall be familiar with all checkpoint systems at all assigned airports.  Site Leads: Provide project planning, coordination and technical advice to facilitate checkpoint security screening equipment installations, removals, and relocations. As required to obtain and maintain, for the life of the project, an airport badge with escort privileges for each airport within their responsibility. Keep the CP DC informed on project progress and issues to avoid negative impacts to schedule, cost, and/or performance. Inform the CP DC and the TSA Design Team of any new airport/airline projects.  As directed by the CP DC, shall be required to conduct site surveys of potential projects. Site Lead support includes, but is not limited to, the following: Pre-deployment Coordinate, monitor and report project schedule activities and execution between stakeholders.  Attend internal and external TSA meetings, as required. Coordinate and attend meetings between project stakeholders to include IPT calls. Contractor shall provide deployment activity summary prior to meeting. Assess progress against the project schedule and report any variances that may create risk to schedule, cost, or performance of the project’s critical path. Track project activities related to installation of checkpoint security screening equipment to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment to the site. Coordinate shipments of screening equipment with peripherals and FF&E with all project stakeholders. In the event of a checkpoint relocation, evaluate existing FF&E to determine what FF&E can be moved and what additional FF&E is required in the new checkpoint. Coordinate with DCs to ensure accurate accounting of FF&E in associated ReMAGs. Ensure the following: Equipment Request order forms (ReMAG) are created or updated once project scope is finalized. DD-1149 forms are completed and provided to the APM or other TSA Property point of contact (POC). The Contractor shall submit a Test Readiness Notification (TRN) to the CP DC 10 days prior to testing. Federal POC (DC, COR, etc.) must submit TRN to ATSA.  TRN requests should include read receipts and all necessary SEDS, DSD, Program Executive Office (PEO), and OEM stakeholders.    Coordinate with Local TSA, TSA HQ, and other site POCs leading up to the equipment delivery date to ensure proper equipment handling, in accordance with OEM guidelines and industry best practices, delivery, badging, permitting, and storage of screening equipment and peripherals. Provide a detailed hourly schedule for each day of deployment at least two weeks prior to onsite work. Deployment and Testing Provide on-site support during the delivery and removal of screening equipment. Provide pictures of before and after checkpoint deployment within five business days of completion. Pictures should be loaded in TSA iShare repository. Coordinate the implementation phases from shipping through operational status, to include timely shipments, delivery, installation, integration, and removal of TSA security screening equipment in accordance with the project schedule. Oversee the delivery, rigging and placement of the screening equipment. Coordinate the removal or disposal of excess equipment as directed by the CP DC. Oversee the installation and integration of the screening equipment. Support scheduling activities for the ORT, SAT, and ISAT: Confirm test readiness 48 hours in advance of test with ATSA.  The Site Lead shall observe and support testing activities.  If OEM cannot resolve issues with testing within 24 hours, then the OEM will need to re-test and resubmit a new TRN.  The contractor shall notify DC/COR of any challenges with the testing event. The OEM will reschedule event.   ATSA will communicate successful test events with DSD.   DSD Federal POCs will communicate ALL testing statuses with local TSA.   De-installations and closeout Coordinate and provide oversight during the removal of checkpoint security screening equipment.  Ensure completion of the DD-1149 and decommission checklist by the OEM technician, or OEM certified technician, at the time of decommission. Submit completed decommission checklist to DCs within five business days. Ensure all TSA and OEM guidance for cleaning and packaging of equipment is followed. Coordinate and oversee the removal of dunnage from the checkpoint and ensure the space is ready for live passenger screening at the completion of work.  Perform site restoration as needed to ensure that the checkpoint is returned to the same or better condition.  If it is discovered that the restored space/site was not returned to the same or better condition, the Contractor shall return and restore the space to its original or better condition at their own expense. The successful Site Lead candidate will be a self-starter with high energy and initiative to easily adapt to dynamic, fast-paced work environments. Physical work locations may vary depending on the assigned airports and the deployment schedule. This position requires up to 75% travel to airport locations as assigned.  Some work may require non-standard work shifts (during evening or weekends) to accommodate TSA requirements for minimal disruption to airport operations. The Integrated Aviation Solutions (AIS) Division currently has an opening for a Senior SATCOM Field Support Representative (FSR) supporting an Operations, Sustainment and Development program based at a customer facility on Clay Kaserne, Germany. Primary Responsibilities: Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN connectivity solutions.Collaborate with customers, project managers, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and support network enhancements, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network performance, routing, switching, security, and connectivity issues across enterprise environments.Develop, review, and implement network device configurations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and change management procedures.Perform network assessments, testing, validation, and acceptance activities to ensure successful deployment of new services and infrastructure changes.Monitor network health, availability, and performance, and recommend improvements to optimize reliability, scalability, and security.Coordinate circuit activations, service migrations, and connectivity testing with telecommunications providers and third-party vendors to ensure end-to-end service delivery.Support network security initiatives through firewall policy implementation, access control management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with federal cybersecurity (CISA) requirements.Participate in maintenance activities, incident response efforts, and after-hours support for critical network infrastructure as required.Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for improving the performance, resiliency, and operational efficiency of the enterprise network.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure in a large-scale environment.Network certifications: Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.)Active/current basic JNCIA certification preferredExperience working with Cisco ASA/Firepower and Juniper SRX appliancesExperience implementing and troubleshooting IPSec VPN tunnelsDeep understanding of networking protocols, i.e., BGP, IPSEC, EIGRP, OSPF, QoS, DHCP, WAN, VPN, VLANExperience using Solarwinds Performance Monitor and Configuration ManagerExperience implementing and troubleshooting AWSProficient knowledge of various network hardware equipment specifications, configuration and testing processes, and industry specifications.Must have the ability to obtain Public TrustPreferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, VRFs, and Layer 2/Layer 3 network design.Hands-on experience with enterprise networking platforms, including Cisco Catalyst, ASR, ISR, Nexus, Juniper EX, and SRX series devices.Strong experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, access control policies, intrusion prevention systems, and network segmentation.Experience designing and supporting highly available and resilient network architectures across multiple sites, data centers, and cloud-connected environments.Knowledge of WAN technologies, SD-WAN, circuit provisioning, and telecommunications vendor coordination.Experience with network monitoring, performance analysis, packet capture, and troubleshooting tools.Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and integration with AWS, Azure, or other cloud service providers.Experience developing and maintaining network documentation, implementation plans, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.Strong understanding of change management, incident management, and IT service management processes.Experience supporting the federal government, NOAA, DoD, or other mission-critical environments is highly desirable.Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP Enterprise, JNCIA/JNCIP-ENT, JNCIP-SP, or equivalent are preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers, vendors, engineers, and leadership teams.If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling. Your role will be to support our diverse portfolio of programs through a combination of software design and development, hardware interfacing and integration, laboratory experimentation, ground and flight testing to deploy cutting edge, next generation solutions. Primary Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, oversight and management of the day-to-day execution aspects of current and future projects while serving as a liaison between program management, the project team and government customers.Provides and reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports for review to Program Management and customers.Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives.
