Job Responsibilities As a Maintenance Service Technician - Handyman, your primary responsibility is to repair common service problems associated with manufactured housing. You will provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to service calls and ensuring that all repairs are completed in a thorough and timely manner. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY The Utility Team member will provide support to the Morristown Distribution facility by performing duties in all areas of the plant as needed for absenteeism or additional support. Under direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is accountable to ensure all machinery, tools and fleet equipment are maintained to meet or exceed company standards. Responsibilities Execute preventative maintenance programs as directed.Maintains proper records of preventative maintenance and repairs made to all machinery, tools and fleet equipment.Tracks all maintenance work performed in the PBS Help Desk system. Track equipment down time, repair and maintenance costs.Demonstrates a commitment to the quality improvement process and the philosophy of continuous improvement.
