Podrás sumarte a un equipo dinámico dedicado exclusivamente a transacciones que participa no solo en proyectos locales, regionales y globales para Argentina y Sudamérica, sino también de manera muy activa en procesos de M&A en Estados Unidos, brindando una experiencia internacional muy relevante.   Responsabilidades    Recopilar, analizar e interpretar información financiera compleja de compañías en el marco de la evaluación de una potencial transacción. Realizar análisis financieros de los principales indicadores de negocio de compañías en distintos sectores considerando el contexto macroeconómico y normas contables específicas aplicables. Analizar la evolución de resultados históricos y proyectados de compañías (rentabilidad, flujos de fondos, capital de trabajo, niveles de endeudamiento, etc.). Identificar asuntos críticos que deban considerarse por compradores/vendedores en la valuación / estructuración de potenciales transacciones. Asistir en el asesoramiento a los Clientes y en la preparación de los entregables con las conclusiones y recomendaciones a partir del ejercicio de Due Diligence.   Asistir en la preparación de propuestas comerciales.   Requisitos   Profesionales graduados/as o próximos/as a graduarse de las carreras de Contador Público o Licenciatura en Administración. Mínimo de 2 años o más de experiencia en transacciones, auditoría externa, finanzas, contabilidad, control de gestión y/o análisis financiero de empresas. Nivel de inglés avanzado, escrito y oral.
