Work directly with leadership teams and clients to plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions, that include multiple capabilities such as demand intake, demand prioritization, budget allocation, portfolio scenario planning, financial management, program/portfolio/transformation execution, schedule management, risk & issue management, resource management, value planning & realization, KPI definition, performance reporting and data analytics via reporting & dashboards.
