Review of tax bills, prepare tax equalization calculations and apply for special tax concession. The set-up of the payroll for these international clients and related consultation. You will guide and coach junior team members. This involves providing mentorship, sharing knowledge, giving trainings and helping them develop their skills. You will oversee the work of junior team members and ensure that tasks are completed in alignment with project timelines and objectives. You will drive a process-driven approach, ensuring that established processes are followed to maintain consistency and quality. You will participate in reviewing and enhancing operation efficiency through the implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives.
