    Job DescriptionConsultor/a Junior Financial Crime   ¿Qué buscamos?   En la actualidad necesitamos incorporar en el área de Risk Consulting de Riesgos Financieros en Malaga un Consultor Junior para desarrollo de proyectos funcionales y de servicios gestionados del área de Financial Crime.   Participarás en proyectos para el área de prevención del crimen financiero ayudando a entidades financieras nacionales e internacionales a cumplir con sus obligaciones regulatorias y/o implementando mejoras a su marco operacional.   Ejemplos de proyectos: Ejecución de análisis de riesgo del área de prevención del crimen financiero y preparación de reportes internos de autoevaluación en el ámbito de AML, Sanciones, etc. Diseño, revisión e implementación de marcos operativos de las áreas de prevención del crimen financiero: políticas y procedimientos, instrucciones operativas, procesos, tecnología, etc. Revisión y análisis de perfiles de cliente y alertas de operativa sospechosa, evaluación del riesgo de los mismos y reportes regulatorios.   Funciones: Entre las principales funciones a llevar a cabo, y dependiendo de la especialización del candidato y la naturaleza de los proyectos a realizar, destacan las siguientes: Análisis de operativa transaccional y determinar posibles indicios de blanqueo de capitales y financiación del terrorismo: resolución de alertas y examen especial de operaciones sospechosas. Análisis de alertas de screening, listas de sanciones y embargos. “Know Your Customer”: conocimiento profundo de los procedimientos de diligencia debida para el cálculo del riesgo-cliente para entidades y empresas Tier-1. Colaboración en la definición y optimización de procesos operativos para la prevención del crimen financiero. Implantación y actualización de políticas y procedimientos de Financial Crime             Compliance. Apoyo funcional para el diseño y desarrollo de herramientas tecnológicas de Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales y Financiación del Terrorismo. Planificación y gestión de proyectos Capacidad para establecer y mantener una comunicación efectiva con clientes, asegurando una gestión profesional de sus necesidades y expectativas.   Requisitos mínimos orientativos: Titulación universitaria o equivalente: licenciatura o ingeniería. Experiencia de 1-2 años en el ámbito de prevención del crimen financiero dentro del sector financiero (banca y/o seguros). Conocimiento y manejo fluido de MS Office. Capacidad para trabajar a nivel internacional (nivel alto de inglés imprescindible, tanto escrito como hablado). Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y de adaptación a equipos y formas de trabajo novedosas. Mentalidad de resolución de problemas y capacidad de análisis.   Requisitos adicionales valorados positivamente: Se valorará positivamente formación específica en prevención del crimen financiero (ACAMS, ICA, ACFE o similar) y en Compliance (CESCOM), entre otros. Work with Product owner and scrum team members to drive your requirements (epics and user stories) through the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test and deploy) Prepare, review, and analyse testing / test phase outputs e.g. test scenarios, defect triage etc. Resolve moderate to high complexity issues that occur during the functional design process. Become a subject matter resource for Payments and/or Cards domain. Be a key team player in supporting other project deliverables e.g. training, non-functional testing, data mapping. Stay abreast of the latest payment industry trends to drive innovation within the company. Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.   Skills and Attributes for Success   To qualify for the role, you must have:  5+ years of strong experience in business analysis, requirement elicitation and writing epics and user stories with a focus on payment and cards systems. Strong experience in stakeholder management Have knowledge and proven experience of working with IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (SDLC) including Waterfall & Agile Excellent understanding of European payments schemes e.g. SEPA. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail. Have a strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in IT or relevant field.
