Our student body is comprised of future academic specialists and management staff for the industry. All our Degree Programmes focus on the core areas of entrepreneurial success. The six Bachelor and six Master programs in business and technology are organized timewise to be compatible with full-time employment. Students can begin an extra-occupational Bachelor's degree program directly after completing secondary school – with no prior vocational experience – in preparation for their career early. Two Bachelor's degree programs are run as full-time programs, with classes from Monday to Thursday.
A university of applied sciences only becomes a place of appreciative and professional knowledge transfer through its students and lecturers. This is why we concentrate on ensuring service quality – only through quality can we create an attractive teaching and learning environment where students and lecturers can perform successfully.
Student evaluation at CAMPUS 02 aims to allow students to give feedback on study conditions and organization anonymously. This way, you are always integrated into the optimization of teaching and organizational processes.
Around 300 full-time and part-time lecturers integrate their expertise and experience into teaching at CAMPUS 02. Not only do students benefit from their experience, but also numerous cooperation partners and companies. A dynamic range of services is particularly essential for part-time lecturers in order to ensure smooth teaching operations.
The CAMPUS 02 library includes approximately 11,000 printed media. E-journals and e-books complement this collection.
The library is located on the first floor of the CAMPUS 02 building. It is home to collections of the Degree Programmes in International Marketing & Sales Management, Financial Accounting & Management Accounting, and the majority of the Degree Programme in Innovation Management's, Automation Technology's and Information Technologies & Business Informatics' collections.
At CAMPUS 02, students are the center of attention. The university of applied sciences is small enough to feel like home and offers a close-knit community of staff, lecturers, and students. Direct contacts in the offices of the degree program, but also staff members in the central services, always put effort into providing optimal service so that especially extra-occupational can embed their degree studies into their working lives.
The results are made available to the heads of the degree program, specialist field coordinators of your degree program, and representatives of the academic year. All degree programs discuss the evaluation results and possible measures to be taken with student representatives. The settings of the meetings can vary.
In collaboration with the Austrian National Union of Students, CAMPUS 02 organizes personality development seminars and other specific seminars during the summer holidays for students. This allows students to experience an in-depth educational program – over and above the teaching provided within the framework of their respective degree programs.
The Austrian National Union of Students is a federal body of representatives advocating students' interests at every university/university of applied sciences in Austria. It is directly elected by students and is legally based on the Student Union Act Student Union Election Regulations and the Statute of the ÖH (Satzung der ÖH).

As a company-oriented university of applied sciences, CAMPUS 02 provides comprehensive services for the industry. Therefore, CAMPUS 02's research mission is to actively support Styrian companies – from the idea to the market.
At CAMPUS 02, we emphasize the inextricable link between our R&D activities and their use. With innovative approaches on a scientific level, structured procedures, and practice-oriented solution competences, we provide comprehensive services for the industry. Our R&D approach's particular strengths are creating and realizing practicable concepts into functioning prototypes and developing useful sector-independent tools for businesses.
Innovative and sustainable ideas are at the heart of new and improved products and services. CAMPUS 02 has the methodical knowledge for systematically generating ideas and supporting all topics – from the idea to its realization. Intending to increase competitiveness, our expertise ensures a structured approach to new product concepts, improvements, and innovative services.
Numerous new technologies are developing at a rapid pace and are offering new options in production and services. For small and middle-sized businesses (SMBs), it is challenging to find appropriate technologies next to their everyday activities. CAMPUS 02 supports the SMB industry in Styria with expert knowledge and state-of-the-art technology. Based on our expert knowledge, we can recommend the most economical new technology and create a prototype to accommodate the requirements of Styrian businesses. In parallel, CAMPUS 02 advances knowledge through implementation-oriented research projects and immediately transfers that research to the industry.
