- Welcome to Torrens Valley Christian School, a warm, caring, and nurturing Christian environment for your child's education. Our co-educational school, located in Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs, was established in 1980 and currently caters for up to 600 students from Reception to Year 13. Our school is a non-denominational, co-educational school offering authentic Christian education in a nurturing, caring, and stimulating environment for approximately 620 students from Reception to Year 12. Torrens Valley Christian School was established in 1980 by local Christian parents who had a vision for a nurturing Christian school community, firmly rooted in biblical truths and grounded on God's Word. We see the partnership with parents as an integral part of this process. The responsibility for the education and Christian nurture of children is an extension of what is being taught at home. We strive to help our students understand the world from a Biblical perspective by viewing the world through the lens of the Gospel and proclaiming Christ's sovereignty in all areas of life. Our school has an excellent academic reputation. We are committed to providing high-quality teaching and learning that prepares young people to be life-long learners and equips them to take responsibility for the world in which we live.
