  1. The Tainan University of Technology has welcomed international students to the campus for over a decade. Students grow intellectually and socially at the Tainan University of Technology by interacting with our faculty and other students from diverse backgrounds and professions. The students perform great in the year 2017. Students of visual communication design win 5 Red Dot Design Awards and one iF design talent award. Also, product design students win one gold and two silver prizes in A` DESIGN AWARD & COMPETITION, Italy. "Cultural Creativity" as a core structure. The university integrates culture into the environmental establishment, teaching, extra-curricular activities, research, industry-academia cooperation, and societal services to cultivate talent for the cultural creativity industry. Regarding "cultural creativity" as the core value, we devote ourselves to educate talents with the ability of "applicable practicing" and "humanistic technology" that conforms to the needs of the society and the industries. To fulfill this goal, we are positioned and advancing to a technology university of "cultural and creative teachings." The College of Living Technology was established to cultivate living skills and arts for better lives, improve students' professional knowledge and the ability for future careers, and meet our developing living science and technology industries' needs. The college consists of seven departments and one master's program. The College of Management was founded in 2006 when the school was upgraded to the Tainan University of Technology. Currently, the College of Management encompasses the Graduate Institute of International Business Management, five undergraduate departments, including Accounting Information, International Business Management, Finance, Information Management, Business Administration. There are 61 faculty members and approximately 1800 enrolled students in the College of Management. In 2003, three departments of Interior Design, Visual Communication, and Product Design comprised Design Group. This group is set up to upgrade the level of design education, cultivate excellent design experts, and enhance our competitiveness. Moreover, we aim to integrate with the other groups and departments in our college to promote our teaching, research, and service quality. In 2006, the Design Group was reformed as the College of Design. With the addition of the department of Multimedia & Animation in 2008, we are moving toward a multidimensional design college. Performing and visual arts are at the heart of the three departments that constitute the College of Arts: Fine Arts, Music, and Dance. The departments of Music and Fine Arts offer programs in graduate studies. Innovation and excellence thrive in an environment that brings together the classical and the modern and the East and West in the classroom, concert halls, and exhibition galleries. Nurturing outstanding talents is our top priority. The recent rapid growth of the tourism industry in Taiwan has resulted in a significant increase in demand in both the quality and quantity of human resources. Therefore, the College of Tourism is devoted to the education of high-quality students interested in the tourism and hospitality fields. The College of Tourism was founded in 2013 and consisted of the Departments of Applied English and Hotel Management and Hospitality Management and Leisure Regimen Management programs. The integration of these different but related elements from each department introduces a new and refreshing outlook, incorporated in our education to give students diversified skills and knowledge.   2. The Executive Yuan approved the School’s establishment in January 1989. The primary office was established in 1993. The name Tainan National College of the Arts was officially adopted in July 1996. The name was changed to Tainan National University of the Arts in August 2004, an essential event on the School’s timeline. The School is located next to the beautiful Wushantou Reservoir in Guantian District, Tainan. The mission of TNNUA is to nurture talents in the highly professional art fields. The School boasts a wide range of academic fields in related areas, comprising the College of Music, College of Visual Arts, College of Sound and Image Arts, College of Letters and Cultural Heritage, and Commission for General Education. It has yielded outstanding results in education since its founding. Under the influence of professional faculty and artistic environment, the School has successfully trained outstanding professional art talents in art creation and research, establishing TNNUA as one of the most renowned academic institutes specializing in professional arts. In recent years TNNUA has invested much effort in exploring the possibilities of combining humanities and arts with technology. It formed cross-sector alliances with local industries from digital technology and proactively showcased the School’s creative capabilities in different fields of the arts. It assists in cultural rehabilitation and building a local humanities consciousness through continuous efforts in work creation and research. Through art exchanges, the School connects to the global community, bringing Taiwan’s art experts onto the international stages and demonstrating Taiwan’s potential in the field of arts.   5. The school was founded in June 1952 and named as "Training preparation class of medical workers in Southern Taiwan." In August 1953, it was promoted to "Taiwan Provincial Tainan vocational high school of nursing." Recently, because that the living standards of people were to move up and the requirements of the nursing quality grew with each passing day, under the eager expectations of the society, the Ministry approved the school of Education to promote to National Tainan Junior College of Nursing (formerly known as NTIN) on August 1, 2000. It establishes the five-year division, the two-year division, the two-year evening division, and the two-year on-job division. The first one enrolls graduates of the junior high schools, and the second one enrolls graduates of the nursing department of vocational high schools. The third one and the last one enroll graduates of senior high schools and vocational high schools. To identify the importance of the nursing profession and be willing to pursue a nursing career. To participate in professional nursing organizations and be concerned with the current trend and development of nursing. To possess the ability of information applications and the ability to communicate in English. The library collection by the medical treatment and nursing primarily unifies information, humanities, society and art, multiplex development, and has various periodicals with professional nursing, academic journals and the multimedia data, provides great book and information with novelty and diversification, to meet the demand of teachers and students. For in accordance to the library electron development, in the hall each work by the computer management, establishes many workstations, may penetrate the academic network to retrieve each kind of electronic resources, and establishes video on demand, simultaneously may multi- people on-line watch the multimedia audiovisual data, builds E-learning environment which the research and the leisure pays equal attention to.
