  2. The Australian Institute of Fitness is the largest fitness training organization in Australia. We have campuses located in and around every major Australian city. We offer a range of courses and provide students with a choice of study modes. We also offer a comprehensive career assistance program, including access to Career Scouts, a fitness career website, plus invitations to our FIRE (Fitness Industry Recruitment Expos) Nights. We offer the industry's MOST recognized qualification in fitness and massage. Developed by subject-matter experts, in line with industry demands, and delivered by experienced, qualified professional educators, it's undisputedly the most fun and effective way to get THE fitness or massage qualification employers want. We have the highest number of employed graduates in the fitness industry, a dedicated Careers team (with access to over 1,300 Career Partners), regular Fitness Industry Recruitment Expos (F.I.R.E. Nights), and the largest number of listed jobs in the training sector. From the moment you walk in the door, you'll be immersed in a world-class learning environment. Campuses are purpose-built specifically for training fitness and massage professionals and include Skill Centres, fully-equipped massage treatment rooms, dedicated classrooms, and chill-out areas. That's just one of the reasons why our course experience is regularly rated at 9/10. Our online program achieves a graduation rate almost four times higher than the industry average. No matter what mode of study you choose, we offer extended Coach availability, free drop-in times on campus, regular fun-tutorials (scheduled opportunities to complete your assessments on campus with Coach guidance), and online and phone support. When six fitness enthusiasts came together through their passion for the industry, they integrated their unique and state-specific fitness training programs to form the first national fitness training provider in Australia in 1979. This became what we now know as the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2000. Since then, the Institute, as it is commonly known, has gone from strength to strength, substantially increasing the quality of training programs and the number of Master Trainers graduating and in employment. The Institute now trains more Personal Trainers than all other fitness industry training providers and offers courses in massage, nutrition, and business. View full university
