Trinity Christian Academy is an independent, coeducational school for grades PreK–12, which offers Christian families and their children a demanding, college preparatory curriculum within a Christian community committed to integrating Biblical faith and learning.
Founded on the purpose of educating and developing the whole person for the glory of God, we believe there is more for us to do than teach, and ultimately, there is more for our children to do than learn. There are more than just books and technology within these walls, more than just athletics and arts. We invite you to delve into our website and learn more about all that TCA has to offer.
At TCA, our students are challenged academically through a rigorous curriculum in 21st-century classrooms. From Lower School through Middle School and into Upper School, we are dedicated to preparing our students to pursue higher education at the country’s most prestigious and challenging colleges and universities. Our mission is to educate and develop the whole person for the glory of God. We integrate faith with learning because we believe God created us in His image to be lovers and learners of Him, of our neighbors, and all creation.
Through a combination of called and caring teachers, low student turnover, and active family involvement, the TCA experience is one community. Families, faculty, and students develop long-standing relationships built on a pursuit of excellence in every area and a shared commitment to Jesus Christ. TCA offers an established record of students who excel beyond our walls with a storied history of academic, spiritual, and athletic excellence. Our families value the foundation upon which our school was founded and remain committed to providing the exceptional TCA experience for future generations and remaining a debt-free institution. Our influential alumni base remains connected to TCA and serves an integral role in our continued growth.
To maximize the learning of students and expose them to the diversity that exists in the culture at large, we seek to foster an understanding and appreciation of those elements in every culture, which enhance human dignity and are consistent with scriptural teaching. We are dedicated to expanding opportunities for Christians of all cultures and ethnic backgrounds to attend Trinity Christian Academy, be employed here, and participate in the fellowship and mission to which we are called.
Diversity is one of the core values upon which Trinity is built and is derived from a deep belief that diversity transforms a school into a place of understanding, acceptance, and authentic Christian love. Cross Cultures, which partners with the Dallas Leadership Foundation, Choices Academy, West Dallas Community School, and St. Phillips School, have an active student group.
Trinity Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students. It does not discriminate based on race, color, national and ethnic origin in administering its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
With an intense and demanding college-preparatory curriculum, TCA is dedicated to preparing students at each developmental stage with the building blocks to achieve a productive and prosperous future. The lessons learned at TCA extend far beyond any classroom or backpack. The programs at TCA equip students with lifelong skills to think critically and discern the truth.
Every facet of student life reflects this mission. Our faculty, staff, and coaches model it, and the lives of our alumni continue this legacy. The TCA programs challenge our students academically, spiritually, and physically and develop in them the skills, knowledge, and wisdom necessary to lead fruitful lives that are glorifying to God.
We accomplish this mission first through a robust and integrated academic program. From PreK through twelfth grade, students are taught that God is the author of truth, that Jesus Christ fully embodied God’s truth, and that all subjects or disciplines originate from His creation and lead to a fuller-service of Him and His world.
Our academic, aesthetic, and athletic programs are balanced by extracurricular programs designed to foster personal spiritual growth, compassionate human outreach, and healthy leadership development. We are grounded in a classical tradition of education that equips young people to face a changing world in light of unchanging wisdom.
