Our vision is to inspire individuals to be the best they can be contribute to the world around them and grow into men of character.
We are committed to providing an education that enables every boy to fulfill his potential - whether in the classroom, on the stage, or on the sports field. We believe education is a holistic experience that should celebrate the creative, physical, and spiritual as well as the intellectual. We want boys to leave the school with an assured set of values, we want them to believe they can truly make a difference in the society we want boys to leave with things that are going to matter to them for the rest of their lives.
Campbell College Kindergarten & Junior School is a unique learning environment where boys are inspired, not just by the history and beauty of the surroundings, but by the magic of the place.
Within a caring and nurturing family ethos, diversity is celebrated and our boys are challenged to be the best they can be. We use many keys to unlock each child's potential.
When you join our Junior School Family, you become part of something very special. It is the first chapter of an exciting, life-long learning adventure as part of the Campbell Community.
We extend a warm welcome to you to come and visit our school and experience, at first hand, a school that makes young lives extraordinary. Campbell College is committed to providing an education designed to enable all boys to discover their strengths, and to make the most out of their talents within Campbell and beyond. When we see a student, we do not see a grade or a label we see an individual, with potential, and we must add value by helping them achieve academic success and appreciate the joy of learning to learn.
Our ethos in Senior School is all about inspiring individuals to be the best they can be. This mantra was not something we plucked out of the air - we asked our parents, pupils, and staff - past and present - to provide three words they believed best described Campbell College.
Campbell College first opened its doors in 1894 thanks to philanthropist Henry James Campbell and has been educating boys from all over the world ever since. The stunning 100-acre woodland campus sits on the edge of Belfast and the original redbrick Victorian building remains a striking centerpiece of the College today. Home to over 1200 boys aged 3-18, the College has added state-of-the-art facilities throughout its existence but the ethos remains true to the intentions of its founder. Respect, service, and leadership.
With a Junior School, Senior School and a thriving international Boarding department the College represents one of the leading Boarding and Day Schools on the Island of Ireland.
Our motto Ne Obliviscaris is born out of a history of leadership and service reflected particularly during the two world wars and our Royal Charter status was presented in 1951 in honor of those we lost.
