The English International School is an International school which welcomes children from 5 to 14 years old. The school was founded in September 1992 with a class of 12 children in Bassano del Grappa. The project was set up by a group of parents who wanted their children to experience an international education and thereby grow up at ease with many different cultures.
The school is based in a recreational zone of the town with a swimming pool, sports center, cycle routes and footpaths set around the school. The Villa had been remodeled to make it suitable for its use as a school. However, the classrooms preserve much of the original character of the building, and the children experience a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by green space in a beautiful setting. Our Mission is to:

- Help children grow into capable, confident, rational, and positive adults who can live their lives productively and be active and positive members of their community.
- Promote the development of healthy relationships between the children and the staff of the school in a calm and disciplined environment.
- Instill mutual respect and consideration for the needs of others within a united, well-organized community.
The English International School discipline is based on mutual respect and positive reinforcement. The school aims to raise self-esteem and reinforce respect for each other to help students choose their behavior appropriately for every situation. The pupils are expected to maintain excellent behavior towards their teachers, peers, and community members. Self-control is also insisted upon while moving to and from the sports hall, the playgrounds, or the dining hall.
The school's whole Programme is based on putting the child at the heart of their own personal and educational progress. The school offers its students an education of high quality, which gives them the necessary intellectual, emotional and linguistic tools for life. The school aims to satisfy each pupil's needs, taking account of their age, experience, and ability. The Programme is flexible enough to be adapted to different groups and classes to be stimulating and productive. Above all, it should stimulate the student to develop a pleasure for life long learning.
