Lowther Hall has a reputation for providing a well-rounded education for girls in an intimate environment of 800 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. We are a diverse, open-entry school where students are known and well catered for from their very first day. We pride ourselves on offering academic programs that support and challenge each student to achieve her best. We seek to assist girls in understanding a wide range of academic disciplines and co-curricular pursuits. At Lowther Hall, we see our role as broader than the provision of a leading-edge curriculum. We seek to be a school that educates the whole person, helping each girl develop personal qualities and values that will equip her for happy and successful adult life. Being a student at Lowther Hall means that when we walk through the gate with our hats on each morning, we are entering a respectful and safe environment where we can flourish into the best version of ourselves both in the classroom and in co-curricular activities. We are challenged, supported, and empowered by our caring teachers and peers and are given opportunities to test our skills and broaden our horizons as young leaders. As students, we are encouraged to strive for excellence and develop strong interpersonal skills in all aspects of our learning, which is one of the many things that I love about Lowther.
Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School adheres to the Democratic Principles as required by the VRQA for School Registration.
