About the Role: CrowdStrike is looking for a Team Leader for our AP team focused on Travel & Expense (T&E) and Helpdesk. We are looking for someone who has a track record of leading a growing team, and capable of scaling and refining our accounts payable processes to support our fast-growing business. We are looking for those eager to bring in best practice processes, take on problems, and streamline AP operations. This role will act as an escalation point in resolving complex outstanding issues with both internal and external business partners. The successful candidate will have a nack for creating innovative processes and take on dynamic challenges with passion and energy. What You'll Do: Will be a key leader and driver, a self-starter and pivotal member of the AP Team. The person will be playing a critical role in shaping the strategic objectives of the team and driving ownership of key deliverables across business organizations Serve as end-to-end functional lead for Travel & Expense and Helpdesk, including process definitions, policies, implementation, etc Adopt organizational transformation strategy and process developments, lead delivery with a shared vision and transparency, and develop a strong team of operational excellence Develop an in-depth understanding of travel & expense (T&E) policies for different geographies, educate team on various policies and implications, drive consistent and smooth operations. Train and educate team on managing expense claims through T&E platform, review of expense claims for overall reasonableness and accuracy and ensuring that users are not in violation of the T&E policies. Deliver training sessions to team members, communicate new information and changes identified related to T&E process to all team members. Act as an escalation point in resolving complex issues with stakeholders. Report on specific T&E policy compliance findings to T&E Manager and senior management. Ensure all processes are documented and harmonized in collaboration with team members, peers and stakeholders. Provide support in compliance relevant aspects: reporting, investigation of specific cases, analysis of expense report Support monthly corporate card bill payment process to ensure proper recording and reconciliation of company billing accounts and payment activity on the ledger Collaborate with various departments to address discrepancies and resolve expense-related issues promptly Continuously evaluate and enhance travel and expense processes to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance end-user experience Collaborating with the Credit card end users and chasing for getting the receipts submitted on time Reconciling the credit card balance with ERP and statement Compile monthly T&E accrual reports, expense spend analysis and various ad-hoc requests to T&E Manager and senior management. About the Role: The CrowdStrike Malware Research Center is the core of Falcon’s malware detection and response capabilities. The team has a focus on understanding the threat landscape and sets the target for what Falcon should be identifying and preventing. Additionally, the MRC is responsible for understanding our capabilities, and mapping how well our machine learning and behavioral protection capabilities are doing against those threats. Where there is a gap, the MRC takes action to improve our detection stance, and improve our overall protection story. What You'll Do: Leading the charge for understanding the activity of malware today is the Threat Research team. With a focus on malware research, the primary role of the team is to understand relevant threats and techniques used in malware that is threatening our customer’s business. The challenge is the enormous scale of malware today and sheer number of samples required to be addressed. This takes a more creative approach than traditional Anti-Virus research, focusing on one sample at a time. The modern threat lab requires an economy of scale through automation and machine learning to allow people to focus on new learnings, and let systems continue to identify malware based on what the team has learned.
