Integrate AIOps capabilities across hybrid cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and container-based environments. Develop automation scripts and integrations using Python, Shell, or PowerShell to enhance operational workflows and incident remediation. Support the design and execution of proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilot implementations for AIOps and observability solutions. Drive solution presentations, business cases, and technical demos for client engagements and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with ITSM, SRE, and platform teams to align AIOps initiatives with service management and operational governance models.   Qualifications: 5-6 years of experience in Observability, AIOps, IT Operations, Service Management, and Automation. Solid understanding of AIOps principles including event correlation, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and automated remediation. Strong hands-on expertise with one or more of the following platforms: AIOps & Observability: Moogsoft, Splunk (Core & ITSI), Dynatrace (Davis AI), Datadog ITOM & Service Management: ServiceNow Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Shell, or PowerShell. Experience working in client-facing advisory or consulting roles.
