This high-impact role facilitates planning and execution from developing the project plan to managing the campaign budget, execution of the project plan involving various deliverables and key stakeholder groups, mitigating dependencies and risks, ensuring that campaigns are completed successfully within the agreed timelines. The incumbent will be part of the GDS Alliances Service bureau will collaborate with the GDS Alliances BMC team. Essential Functions of the Job: Work closely with the Alliance Campaign Director and help create comprehensive and integrated sales and marketing campaigns using project management fundamentals, ensure that the following are clearly defined and signed off: Help validate campaign readiness by securing leadership approvals, sponsorship, and completing strategic campaign assessments Support campaign planning elements such as collecting market analyses and defining target audiences Help define and document campaign governance structure and cadence Proactively manage end-to-end campaign activities from initial campaign validation (phase 0) to planning, activation and close-out. Construct campaign project plan with critical path, timelines, and activity accountability Proactively identify and communication key assumptions, dependencies, and risks. Propose mitigation steps to remedy issues, delays, or hurdles Lead efficient and effective regular (eg.
