You'll be part of the Transaction Diligence team which provides clients with the financial and strategic transaction assistance to ensure the success of their transaction.  Our TD teams assist clients throughout the entire transaction process. While traditional financial due diligence is a key element of the service, TD is much broader, incorporating transaction management, negotiation and documentation, and post-completion integration.   Your key responsibilities As an Assistant Manager, you will be required to support in executing the financial due diligence procedures on the Target company which includes understanding and analysing profit drivers and trends, challenge assumptions of future financial performance, analyse working capital and cash flow drivers of the Target and analyse the balance sheet in the context of a transaction. You will gain exposure to identifying deal risks and upsides and issues impacting deal valuation. Also, the individual will be required to travel to other countries (short-term) for executing the client engagements.   Primary Responsibilities The Manager will manage teams of FAAS professionals during engagements covering a broad spectrum of Process and Control areas. The Manager will be responsible for the following tasks: Managing engagement planning, budgeting and execution Responsible for managing client related engagements in the areas of governance, risk & compliance (GRC), process reviews, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, SOX, Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR). Managing SOX engagement, Process and Control; or should be an expert in driving Financial Statement Close Process, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Treasury, PPE & Intangible assets processes (along with experience in Risk management) Managing projects related to Process Improvement and Implementation, drafting risk and control matrix, process placemats and documenting SOPs. Integrate with various security tools and systems to enable efficient detection, analysis and remediation of threats. Provides technical leadership, expertise, and mentorship for the SOAR team.     Responsibilities   Design, implement, and maintain SOAR playbooks to automate routine security tasks and incident response processes. Develop and maintain integrations between the SOAR platform and various security tools such as SIEM, EDR, DLP and threat intelligence feeds. Collaborate with CSOC teams to identify automation opportunities and improve response times. Establish and enforce best practices for playbook design, code quality, and documentation. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of automated workflows and identify areas of improvement. Provide training and documentation to CSOC analysts and other stakeholders on SOAR platform capabilities and playbook usage.
