Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
●8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect
●Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and Salesforce architecture
●Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
●Enterprise integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architecture
●Expertise in Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, Data Migration, and Data Governance
●Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and multi-org DevOps
●Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Generative AI/Agentic AI tools
●Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification (mandatory); CTA preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
●Define and govern Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
●Design scalable solutions, integrations, and data architecture aligned with business objectives.
●Lead technical reviews, DevOps, security, governance, and release management.
●Drive AI-enabled development practices and platform modernization initiatives.
●Mentor technical teams and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.

Salary Range: $160,000 -$180,000 year
