Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
●4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience
●Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows, SOQL/SOSL
●Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
●Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and enterprise integrations (MuleSoft preferred)
●Knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, Data Migration, ETL/ELT processes
●Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
●Experience in Jira and Confluence On-Premises to Cloud migration
●Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Devin)
●Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory)
Roles & Responsibilities
●Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Experience Cloud.
●Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and Platform Events.
●Design data models, support data migration, and maintain data quality.
●Participate in Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and release management activities.
●Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and Salesforce best practices.
●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Salary Range: $150,000 -$160,000 year
