Key Responsibilities

1. Program Management (Core Responsibility)

•                 Lead end-to-end program management of learning initiatives, ensuring delivery on scope, timelines, and quality.

•                 Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (business, product, SMEs, vendors) to manage learning project lifecycle. [CPP Learni...ross-level | PDF]

•                 Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and provide regular status reporting and insights.

•                 Ensure alignment of learning programs with business outcomes and strategic priorities.

•                 Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and change management for learning initiatives.

3. Stakeholder & Client Engagement

•                 Engage with clients to understand business challenges and propose learning-led solutions.

•                 Build relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor in learning transformation.

•                 Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and learning needs analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

•                 Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred in Learning, HR, Business, or related field).

•                 8–12+ years of experience in:

o                Learning consulting / L&D

o                Program management

o                Instructional design or learning transformation

•                 Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations and cross-functional environments.
