Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
•Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
•Expertise in PDM, BOM Management, Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN), Workflow
Management, and Release Processes.
•Experience in Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, migration, or support projects.
•Understanding of engineering and manufacturing business processes.
•Experience with Teamcenter integrations and data migration.
•Working knowledge of SQL, XML, REST APIs, and PLM integration frameworks.
•Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and documentation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
•Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Teamcenter solutions.
•Configure and support Teamcenter modules, workflows, and business processes.
•Manage and optimize Product Data Management (PDM), Bill of Materials (BOM), Change
Management (ECR/ECO/ECN), Document Management, and Workflow Automation.
•Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to improve PLM processes.
•Support Teamcenter integrations with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), CAD tools (NX, Creo, SolidWorks),
and enterprise applications.
•Collaborate with development teams on customizations, enhancements, and data migration activities.
•Lead functional testing, UAT, production support, and end-user training.
•Troubleshoot application issues and drive continuous process improvements.
Good to Have:
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in Cisco product engineering environments.
•Knowledge of Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC), BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and Teamcenter
Administration.
•Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
•Understanding of semiconductor, networking, or hardware product development lifecycles.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 a year
