Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
•High Speed Complex Hardware Design and Failure Analysis experience
•Must have 8+ yrs experience in the hardware design, specific networking or equally
complex products
•Hands on with Hardware design with interfaces – High Speed SERDES (>25G), PCIe
Gen 5 and above and experience with all low speed interfaces like SPI, I2C, MDIO, SMB etc.
•Working experience with optical interfaces like QSFP, QSFP DD, OSFP would be an advantage.
•Experience with DDR5, SSD NVME/PCIe based interfaces
•Worked on complex power supply designs and architecture for networking product
•Hands on with Cadence tool chain for schematic/CAD design.
•Must worked on board bring up, various hardware validation testing and failure analysis.
•Good at testing and validating networking products and must worked on qualification of
networking products against functional specification.
Preferred Qualifications
•Working knowledge on Mechanical and Thermal Design
•Signal Integrity and power Integrity analysis
•Manufacturing of electronic products
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 a year
