Pakistan School Salalah was established in the year 1982. The School is situated in Salalah, Dhareez North and its area is 15000 sq.m.It has a very big lush green playground. The School building is quite elegant and geared with all necessary facilities including Mosque for boys and a separate place for girls prayer. The School is running classes from Nursery to class XII and producing excellent results. The School topped the Gulf States at the SSC level in the Annual Exam. 2010 & 2012 and got the first position in HSSC-II Annual Exam 2013.
Salalah is the leading School concerning its results among-st the Five branches of Schools in Oman for the last 10 years. The majority of students are from Pakistan but some Indonesian, Malaysian, Somali, Sudani, Indian and Bangladeshi students are also enrolled with the School. The present strength of students is more than Eight hundred.
The prime aim of an ideal educational institution should be developing the child student into a well-informed, confident, sensitive, and useful citizen. Education is all about developing potential and transforming a little bud into full blossom. Pakistan School Salalah, which started functioning in 1982 with only six students, has taken long and impressive strides since then. The SMC, composed of eminent Pakistanis, has inculcated transparency and merit into the school system. The dedication of faculty in providing quality education is admirable and the last 10 years result showing they're hardworking.
In a nutshell, ensuring every student is getting the ‘Best Education’ we can give them but the sky is the limit. This is only made possible through collaboration– with students, staff, parents, and the community. This is why the focus for our school will be on establishing, building, and strengthening productive relationships.
The management and teachers rededicate themselves towards acquiring new skills and imparting the best possible education to the students. The teachers should act as role models for the promotion of discipline, hard work, honesty, and patriotism among students. No effort should be spared to provide the students with all opportunities to learn and develop in an open, interactive, and friendly environment. The Embassy of Pakistan attaches great importance to Pakistan School Salalah and will continue to do so.
