    AIM is a not-for-profit organization that delivers 70 years of expertise to hundreds of Australian organizations that wish to develop world-class management and leadership capabilities. AIM was formed 70 years ago by a group of young Melbourne foremen who met in 1938 and decided to begin an association to maintain contact and develop their knowledge of management principles and practices.
