The University of Jazeera was established in 2008 as a university duly licensed by the Commission for Academic Accreditation. The university offers bachelor's and master's degree programs in management, media and communication, law, and economics.

The university has been strategically located in Dubai near to the airport. The university has been successfully offering various bachelor's and master's programs to deliver excellence in academics, research, and community engagement.

The university has been successfully offering Bachelor in Law and Economics, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Media and Communication Sciences, Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technology, Master of Business Administration, Master of Private Law, Master of Public Law, Postgraduate Diploma in Private Law, and Postgraduate Diploma in Public Law.
