Dedicated to cross-cultural education with a global perspective, the United International Business Schools organization (UIBS) is an independent and accredited private higher education institution with campuses in Europe and Asia. UIBS offers flexible business and management studies at the Undergraduate/Bachelor/BBA, Graduate/Master/MBA, and Postgraduate/Doctor/DBA level.

Our undergraduate, undergraduate and postgraduate programs, each with different program requirements, are based on and are fully compatible with the established European and American educational systems. The European guidelines for higher education are outlined in the Bologna agreements. Some programs require or allow students to choose a major and minor, a primary and secondary specialization during undergraduate studies. Once a minimum number of credits has been earned, a request for graduation can be submitted.

Our flexible study programs are based on the American higher education model, allowing students to choose their courses based on program requirements, previous studies, current interests, and future ambitions. Our truly global community of students, faculty, and staff comprises 85+ different nationalities worldwide, with students showing great appreciation for cultural diversity and entrepreneurial initiative.

Students can choose between multiple starting dates in the fall, winter, spring, and summer of each academic year. Our modular course design and program structure allow for optimal further education planning. Academically qualified and professionally experienced professors link theory and practice by bringing contemporary case studies into the classroom, preparing students to become the global leaders of the future.

Students can transfer between campuses every quarter with guaranteed program compatibility. Our quarter-based academic calendar allows for a continuous study abroad experience across Europe and Asia. Small class sizes with up to 30 students allow professors to use interactive teaching methods, increasing group interaction, improving group dynamics, and building long-lasting connections among students.

Through close student-lecturer contact and classes in relatively small groups, UIBS provides a professional academic atmosphere to meet students' individual needs in a truly international environment. Permanent interaction is ensured so that students obtain a firm grasp of the course materials offered. In small groups (up to approximately 24 students), students discuss issues, share ideas, test theories, and benefit from our rigorous academic standards.

Faculty members are drawn from around the world, are highly qualified in their field(s) of expertise, and combine a solid academic background and ample professional experience as business leaders, industrialists, entrepreneurs, and consultants.

To prevent the business theory from remaining abstract and inapplicable, most courses are based on the case method and provide students with a practical, hands-on problem-solving approach to contemporary business and management issues. Students are taught pragmatically using simulation techniques, up-to-date case studies, and the required theoretical background. They also learn to think strategically when making decisions, empathize with their peers, inspire teamwork and team building, and contribute to a project's success.

Thinking creatively and independently by questioning, rather than blindly accepting subject material, is strongly encouraged. Students are regularly assessed through an ideal mix of individual and team projects, presentations, papers, mid-terms, and final exams throughout the academic year so that their progress can be closely monitored. This highly practical skills and knowledge-based approach to learning involves the continuous monitoring and adaptation of courses to the demands of the global marketplace with the assistance of an Academic Council composed of prominent personalities from the business community.

From around the world, our students are part of a vibrant and truly international community, showing great appreciation for cultural diversity and developing a lasting understanding of different views, beliefs, and values. Student activities are organized regularly through the student and alumni network, Entrepreneurs United. Students are encouraged to participate in events and to make the most out of their study experience.

Our professional programs are intended for working professionals and are available in various formats, either for-credit or not-for-credit. Not all programs are offered at all campuses. Refer to the program schedule for further details. All for-credit programs require participants to meet the admission requirements of the appropriate level.

Our students and alumni have been offered jobs and internships by the following well-known and reputable companies and organizations, among many others. Several times per year, company visits, seminars, and workshops are organized to provide students with more insight into the world of business. Seminars with guest speakers occur on-campus or on location and cope with a diversity of contemporary business topics. Other activities include dinners and drinks, get-togethers, visits to local museums, galleries and theatres, city trips and excursions, participation in conferences and fairs, sports activities (soccer, volleyball, and basketball practice), ping-pong tournament, international culinary evenings, etc.
