We specialize in helping international students find international jobs. Working one-on-one with our dedicated career development teams on each campus, last year, Hult graduates from our graduate programs accepted job offers at 825 companies in over 60 countries. During your program, you will receive coaching on crafting a personalized job search, high-stakes interview preparation, and workshops on salary negotiations and developing a personal brand.
You can't truly learn business just sitting in a classroom. That is why Hult's unique curriculum teaches you the theory and gives you opportunities to apply your learning in the real world by working with real companies. This new approach is core to the Hult experience.
We allow you to solve a real company's current business problem through our intense seven-month Hult Business Challenge. Choose either the Corporate Track, where you will solve a corporation's real business problem, or the Entrepreneurial Track, where you will develop a startup idea of your own. Throughout the year, we leverage complex computer-based simulations to provide students with realistic business environments to put theories across marketing, finance, and operations into action.
Most students come to Hult to change—99% of our graduate students change industry, function, or geography after graduation. It is difficult to make a change in a competitive job market, and even more so if you're an international student. That is why we have created a Dual Degree Program, designed specifically for students looking to make a significant change.

Our research falls into two themes, which reflect our current research progress and harness the School's differentiating advantage as a uniquely international institution, with students and faculty hailing from and teaching in different parts of the single global community.
Creating Disruption highlights the strategies that anticipate, shape, and react to changes in international markets. What local or global events, technology, or scenarios enable or trigger a new strategy? How are strategies constructed, communicated, and implemented? How well do specific strategies perform, especially in multinational environments? How can successful strategies in one market be leveraged in another market that might be halfway around the globe?
Transforming Behavior relates to the continuous improvement of organizational and personal leadership practices. This involves rigorous data-driven assessment of the interventions and programs that generate the most significant long-term improvement in the Behavior of individuals, teams, and organizations in business settings globally.
