The Volga Tech Department of International Cooperation starts processing the Russian student visa's official invitation only after the admission procedure is completed. Upon receiving the original invitation, the applicant must apply for the entrance student visa through the Russian Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence. In some countries, Russian consular authorities issue student visas only upon submission of the original invitation and contract for study with the host university. The Embassy/Consulate would also advise you of other documents necessary to obtain the visa and its processing times. Please obtain more precise and detailed information at the nearest Russian embassy or consulate in your country.
